What is your biggest win in the offseason?
Realistically, where do you feel your team falls in the East? In your division alone you have to compete with the Hornets, Cavaliers, Bulls, Pacers, Raptors and Bucks, who were all playoff teams, along with the Pistons who feel they are on the verge of making the playoff jump.
Your team's extremely talented, but also extremely young. What are your expectations going in, who are you looking to to step up and lead?
Why do you feel Jay Williams was worth the 7 year max? Also, will you answer any of the questions or ponder in deep thought?
Forgotten about them until this popped up in the new post section. But to answer your first question we would rather overpay then lose him go nothing. I'm sure many teams would have offered just as much. He's a key piece to this team we are building in Atlanta and the team we look forward to being this season.
It's a very difficult division, but we have high hopes of making the playoffs and showing our worth as a franchise. Our players still needs time to develop so very soon we will hopefully be throne of the East with great depth instead of one start player. Hopefully our plan falls how we wish.
We are looking to make the playoffs this season and get as deep in as we can. Get the guys use to winning and the playoffs atmosphere and hope they feel hungry to develop to they potential and continue to get there. And we hope for Jay Williams to step up and become a leader. He his the elder of our core that while his own at his position. If e have to name a leader or captain it would be Jay Williams.
