Yeah unfortunate as a homer, i wanted Davis to win, i hear he finished 3rd so interested to see who finished 2nd but i have no problem with Dragic winning the award...

Exactly. He won't be denied!!!!

I dont think AD makes All-NBA teams eiter. Six forwards should be:

Durant
Lebron
Love
Blake
Paul George
Then either: Dirk, Melo, Aldridge, or Duncan

I dont think AD has a chance at All-NBA either

I genuinely think one guy thought this was MVP. He voted Durant, James, and Griffin...

Considering the fact that griffin got 36 votes I don't think so. Durant got 5 and Lebron got 3 lol. That's just ridiculous.

Although this is one of the most ridiculous and ambiguous awards there is, if I had a vote it'd go to Green or Stephenson. Both have been in the league long enough for us and their teams to know what kind of players they are and what to expect and both of those players greatly exceeded those expectations. I didn't think AD would make as big of a leap as he did this year but as has been stated, he's a top pick in his second year. I really disagree with Dragic getting it. Remember two years ago in Houston when Dragic was a beast and ended the last half of the season with crazy numbers? that's what he just did again so how is that an improvement? Unless you mean improvement from the single season prior in which case how is it a surprise since we knew he could do this already? Terrible choice.

Yeah, Paul George won the award last year (his second year). A second year player winning the award isn't a foreign concept, however most guys tend to win it in their 3rd year ...so next year count on Austin Rivers coming home with the hardwood.

No he won it in his third year. This is his fourth.

Well then there you have it, 3rd year is the norm for players to win it.

I got the 3rd season for George from ESPN stating that he had 3 years experience. I misread it.
