Check out his feed here. Basically says if Lillard and Rivers both available at 10, will take Lillard. Questions Rivers ego. Doesn't like Drummond. Talks about Thornton.

I was just about to post this. Betcha Dell won't make the mistake of talking draft specifics in public anymore.
No mention of Terrence Jones :(
Interesting. Seems like he's interested in Lillard, Rivers and perhaps Waiters. I wonder who he likes more out of Rivers and Waiters...
Interesting.
You gotta wonder why he should make such statements aloud in a public place :huh2:
This guy is a real ******, what are you doing listening to another man's conversation, let alone posting it on twitter. Need attention much?
I hate the fact that this guy is reaching out to the national media with this info.
Well, really Demps didn't say much in regards to who we like that everyone didn't already know or heavily speculate about- with the exception of Drummond who probably won't be available anyway.
:hot:
Kinda sucks that he doesn't like Drummond. Was hoping he'd fall to us and we'd take him.
WOW, this ruins the exciting tense part of waiting....I'd rather wait til draft day then find out now
No i wouldn't, i would listen sure, but i don't have a sick need to get attention that i would tweet every detail and wave my hands in the air trying to get Larry Holder to notice me.
Also what "balls" does it require to to this? If anything eavesdropping then gossiping shows he has gash.
I wouldn't. I'd post the tidbit on the forum but I would never actively seek out the national media to provide this info. That not only hurts the team during the draft and if Portland gets their hand on this info, their number 1 choice is in jeopardy.
So before you assume that any true hornets fan would do the same thing, think about the consequences of the action.
Another thing, the info really shows you how high they are on Lillard. They didn't even bring him in for a workout so that really probably means that they really want the kid. They're definitely secretly hoping Portland takes Drummond and Toronto taking a SG. Everything they worked so hard at to throw teams off was pretty much destroyed when the guy went out and seek attention.
I will say though, i don't think this has any effect on the draft, saying "i prefer Lillard over Rivers" isn't anything groundbreaking seeing how Lillard has always been thought of as going before Rivers. Also i'm sure if Drummond fell to #10 Demps would take him.
Maybe so, but there was a possibility that Portland takes Drummond at 6. Now with the News that the Hornets are not interested in Drummond and Lillard is their #1 guy at 10, the chances of Lillard slipping to 10 just went down even further.
I doubt this is true. If so, I would have to question Demps' judgment discussing such confidential info in a public place.
Well he did say he questions Rivers ego and WHEN Austin hears about this and if we do draft him at 10 then we're already starting off on the wrong foot
So, I take it that they are most likely taking a guard at 10.
1.Lillard
2.Rivers
3.Waiters
No mention of Zeller or Leonard.
That alone makes me happy about this.
i told that dude to go **** himself.. if i were dell i would be pissed
Have to wonder if that guy posting months ago saying Monty thinks Jason could be a C may have been truthful.
That *****hole got what he wanted.

Check out @betterhlf's Twitter feed as he went undercover to get some Hornets tidbits.
All part of Dell's master plan to get Drummond to fall to us :hihi:
Oh, and if true f^€k that guy. What a ****** bag.
It's on twitter so you know it's reliable
It was a mistake by Demps if true but not the end of the world. A true fan would never post it on twitter. Guy is just seeking attention. Hope someone kicks his ***.
Mostly what we already knew. NBA is a perimeter game now and we only have one real threat from the perimeter and thats Gordon.
Big men generally take longer to develop so i'd rather get a young veteran at center like a Magee who has already taken the majority of his lumps somewhere else.
He's probably telling the truth. We know he was there based off picture. I can't see him making up the entire conversation.
No one can say for 100% sure knew the Hornets were interested in Lillard. There were absolutely no indication before the information today. There were speculation by the media but before today, the Hornets never revealed anything that would lead you to believe that Lillard was #1 on their board.
I'm surprised no word about a big man?!? I wonder who Demps was talking to also!
Have the Hornets even worked out Lilard
i wouldn't mind waiters, lillard or rivers at all. Wish Meyers Leonard was involved in talks
Dell is a sharp guy. I don't see him being this free with information, unless it was an elaborate plant of information. Also, has anyone considered that dude made a ton of stuff up for attention simply because he and Demps were in the same space? I really don't see him being that unprofessional.
I don't see anything there that wasn't blatantly obvious. Lillard is > Rivers. Waiters is interesting to lots of teams, and it's extremely unlikely that Drummond drops to 10 so there's not much reason for him to be on the radar. If Demps wasn't comfortable with that conversation going national hopefully he learned a valuable lesson with information that didn't really matter. If he did want that information to go national, maybe we are interested in Drummond and now some teams won't try to trade up if he starts falling.
There was plenty info they were interested.
As far as the draft board we cant know that and it can change at anytime.
