AD to NY? AD to LA? AD to Boston?
What do you think are realistic returns from each team?
AD to NY - 3rd Overall Pick + Knox + Mitchell Robinson has to be the starting point.
AD to LA - 4th Overall Pick + Kuzma has to be the starting point.
AD to BSN - Memphis 2021 + Sacramento 2019 + Tatum + Brown has to be the starting point.
Realistic can go from there, with discussion and debate. Prices may raise, prices may drop, but that has to be the starting position.
Based on these I would rank them NY with BSN a very close second and the Lakers third. Just depends on who Griff covets more. Does he like Tatum and Brown or does he go with the possibility at adding two top 3 players from the draft and the two youngsters from NY?
LA would have to add more to compete with those other two offers in my mind.
I ask the Knicks for DSJ, Knox, Robinson, the 3rd overall pick, and the two 1st rounders they have in 2021. AD is that valuable.
AD to the Lakers for Ingram, Kuzma,Ball, Hart, 4th pick, and 2 future 1st
AD to the Knicks for Knox, DSJ, Trier, 3rd pick, and 2 future 1st
Those are my top 2 choices. Boston would be 3rd since I’m not interested in the picks in the teens they have along with a future Memphis pick that is a complete wild card. IMO the Lakers hands down have the best package to offer. In any deal we make I would either trade the best young player or the pick to acquire Bradley Beal. I think if we can land him while keeping a young stud in the trade then we are on the path to a potential dynasty. If we get the Knicks pick I’m keeping the player we pick and trading the young talent. With the Lakers I’m keeping Ingram and trading the pick and Ball for Beal.
Yeah, that still doesn't help them. Don't want Lebron on this team right now. He's 34, declining on D, and as much as he's theoretically one of the best players possible for Zion to learn from, I don't want the drama surrounding Zion from his rookie year like that.
That's assuming Zion would even stay. Griffin has been clear that having Lebron on your team is a ''unique'' circumstance that forces you to go into win now mode and move in ''unsustainable'' ways. It wouldn't surprise me if Lebron would come here and then demand we trade Zion for Paul George or something.
No, no, no, and just in case it was missed, no again.
What about a three team trade with the Celtics and Wizards?
NO gets- Tatum, Beal, 14th 2019 pick (BOS)
Boston- Davis, S. Hill, multi
Wizards- Brown, E Moore, 2019 1st Boston, 2020 1st Boston, 2021 Memphis pick
Would we need Jrue to seal the deal for Wiz?

I don't want him here either. I want young guys that will be here when the Warriors fall apart.
Another scenario that adds to the Knicks at #3 is that I could see Memphis passing on Morant because of Connely if he stays there. They may look to Barrett. Imagine if next years lineup of:
Morant/DSJ
Jrue
?/Zion
Zion/Knox
Randle/Robinson
Knicks. It's a 3 player draft and they have the 3rd pick. Starting over with Duke 2 best players will jump start the rebuild. Hell we can get those Mavs picks as well.
I would think it’s a guarantee we get Brown in a trade with the Celtics. The leverage we have right now has never been higher. With Brown along with the Celtics picks we would not have to offer Jrue. If we did then the trade would make little sense. We don’t need a boatload of young players so I would go after Beal hard! We will have the ammo to go acquire another star.
These are my thoughts
Lakers - has to be a min of what they were offering (Ball, Ingram, and Kuzma). Problem is I don’t want any of them so you’d have to add 4th pick and move other players. Ball and Ingram to the suns for Bridges, Warren, and pick would be nice.
Knicks - min Robinson, DSJ, Knox, 3rd pick and both Dallas picks. This one I’d move Knox and DSJ just don’t know where.
Celtics - min Tatum, Brown, Memphis pick, sac pick, and clippers pick. My favorite would be Davis and Moore for minimum and they throw in Hayward whom I’d move. I want Bridges and Warren and maybe the Suns would take him to get another star. I’d then move Brown, Hill and whatever 2-1st rounders (maybe even a couple 2nds) to Washington for Beal.
Jrue
Beal, Frank
Tatum, Bridges, Kenrich
Zion, Warren
Oak, Wood
Should have enough for a really good FA. It’s a lot but this is my wish list and most will be locked up for 3 or more years
The Celtics could offer:

14th, 20th, and 22nd picks in 2019 Draft
2020 Memphis 1st (1-6 protected, unprotected in 2021)
2021 Celtics 1st
Jayson Tatum
Marcus Smart
Jaylen Brown

:hihi: :hihi:
I mean, 90% of me agrees, the other 10% is wondering what the hell Danilo Gallinari is doing in that Clippers list.
I'm hearing something about a three team trade with the Lakers, Memphis, and Nola. We get the 2nd pick and stuff, Lakers get AD, Memphis moves down a pick and gets assets we didn't value from LAL but they do.
Would be interesting if we are after a certain player we think Memphis would take. Like Ja.
Wow. LAL. NYK. BOS. Who is most desperate? Pels in the most envious of positions and everyone in the league knows it.
I rank the packages:
#1 Knicks: Barrett, Mitchell Robinson, DSJ, Knox, Dallas pick(s) are on the table
#2 Boston: Tatum, Brown, Smart, 2019 pick(s), Memphis eventual pick
Clippers would have a solid offer from that one guy’s tweet.
I don’t see any value in the lakers package. Ball is bad, Ingram could have serious health issues, 4 pick drops off after Barrett at 3. I have no clue how they could consider a Lakers package.
there is another team thats going to enter into the fold at some point. there always is.
Never said I knew 100% and will wait for the Doc to clear him. No I do not have access but my sister is a cardiologist for an NFL team that has explained to me the differences between Ingram and the situation with Bosh. Two huge factors are that Bosh had his clot in one of the worst places possible for an athelete and Ingram was in one of the best spots. Ingram caught his about as early as you could while Bosh did not discover his until late. Guess I should ask the same question to everyone speaking as if Ingram is just off the table. As of now he is expected to be ready for the start of the season.
The problem I have with it is that even if you accept that Ingram will be 100% healthy and never have another issue, other than the #4 pick, they really don't have anything else I want. There would have to be a third team involved. Maybe the Wizards would take all of the Lakers' garbage for Beal, but I don't think it's enough to get AD. Certainly the Knicks can come up with a better offer and the Celtics should be able to as well.
All I can find is that Bosh had multiple DVTs and had at least one pulmonary embolism. So multiple leg clots over time and one of them going into his lungs.
So far it looks like Ingram has only had one DVT in his leg.
As far as I know once you have one you are at risk for more. He is young though and the longer he goes without another the better off he will be long term.
I think we can work out a deal where NYK sends DSJ to Memphis so that they have a young guard and still get RJ who rumored they like. Memphis would look at this like they get young PG, maybe throw in a 2nd or so and RJ, could they pass that up? Do we like JaM that much more?
Then we can have Zion get JaM, knox, Robinson, 3 future picks not bad.
No way we take Ja over RJ. Teaming up Zion with his best friend RJ would be incredible.
Are the bulls a possibility?
AD for Levine, maurelkson(spelling), 7th overall pick, next years first?
It depends. If you honestly think people just take best player on the board in all cases, then you're a little narrow minded on this. A lot of times, teams pass over players who are on-paper better because of fit, and if they think bringing RJ along makes Zion happy, then they'll take a 5-10% lower quality player in exchange for that.
I’ll give you that, but we have a need at PG just as much as SG, jrue can play either which is why I don’t think it applies here. If they think Ja is better he’s the pick, if they have them ranked the same, then sure, his friendship with Zion would then make him the choice
I think he'll probably play the Kawhi Leonard role, where he can fills both slots depending on lineups. He's 6'7 with a 6'9 wingspan, so he's a good size for a wing player. Also note that RJ will barely be 19 years old when this season starts, while Morant will be on the eve of his 20th birthday. Obviously not a huge difference, but worth taking into consideration.
AD to the Lakers
PELS get Lonzo, Ingram, Hart plus the 4th pick and 2021 1st pick and 2023 1st pick unprotected.
Send Lonzo and our 2019 2nd round pick to PHX for the 6th pick.
Draft PF Zion, and with the 4th pick draft PG Darius Garland. Draft SF De’Andre Hunter or SF Cam Reddish with the 6th pick.
Pels start 2019 with Serious firepower. We’d have a lot of potential if we could add Ingram and two extra lotto picks.

I know Dell is gone, and 2020/2021 picks are assets, but it just doesn't seem NOLA to go that route. Especially with Jrue and a player like Zion. I think we go after a trade for young NBA players or 2019 picks and ignore some of the offers with later year draft picks.
