I don't buy this. Our game plan is not what the players are doing. The one thing Gentry never calls for is iso ball play. He benched Tyreke because of this.

This is a group of players rattled by the refs who are not executing the game plan set out for them.

We've had 16 (edit: 17) turnovers in the 3 qtrs after our team got rattled.

It didn't matter if they had whole off season Gentry still has no clue on how to use big men. He still wants the players to play small ball.

So we can all agree Jrue is on a top 5 worst contract in league history, correct?

Someone that isn't AD or Cousins needs to be comfortable enough to do more than jack up bad 3s. Jrue is always so damn passive. He was gonna be great playing off ball with a true point in Rondo. But that will be after another 14 games or so.

So why is he getting paid like one?

He's 1 part mediocre point guard and 1 part mediocre shooting guard

It's the NBA. Throw a rock and you'll hit an overpaid player. What alternatives to paying Jrue were there, because letting him walk and signing his brother does NOTHING. No matter how many 3s he hits in preseason.
