Wow sounds like i missed an awesome game, thanks everyone for updating me, what happened on ryno's and 1? how much time was left on the clock when he hit it?

That was such a great ending to the game, and it would've been even if their shot had gone in. Great final minute.

Ehhh gotta give him credit for the assist that won us the game. I for one thought he was about to put up the floater awkwardly since he drove left. Much kudos to him tho

Hopefully Darius can take this confidence forwards, and split time with Aminu at least, and play some minutes at the 2 as well. Super smart ball-player with a good shot and playing some good defense. Think he will blossom into a good 6th man (exactly like at Kansas) if we can give him the time. Also if he is here in 3/4 years it might make it easier to keep AD

Vasquez drove left and just inside the foul line when he fed the ball to Anderson on the left baseline about 6' from the basket....Ryno took it up hard and created contact while putting up a high banker from in close.....3 the old fashioned way with 1.8 seconds left....

Yea def think he can be a reg rotation guy at the 3. He is a high iq guy so it'll come to him in a yr or 2. Played for Kentucky not Kansas tho :hihi:

What about Robert's assist to set up the first Anderson shot? What about Vasquez's 4 turnovers? What about Roberts zero turnovers? AD's hustle play that led to the Anderson 3?

You act like GV proved something tonight. If anyone proved something it was Roberts, and it was that Vasquez is best as an off guard or PG off the bench.

It was a switch, like most teams do in late game situations. Davis slacked off about 2 feet to far or that shot was in the stands.

I am glad he proved something. He proved when everyone here though he would play hero ball he played it smart and dished it to Anderson for the GW. I know you didnt see that coming.

That was a huge clutch rebound for Davis at :21 left. Swung it to Roberts who swung it to Anderson for the 3. That was lovely.

Lillard's 3 left the Hornets too much time. I'm glad the Hornicans got a positive out of it.

Please... Vasquez was far from clutch.

Darius did what darius shoulda dun all season. Hes a very good passer and a good shooter. Brian Roberts also had nine assists. He has been moving the ball a little more the past few weeks. I like him strictly as a shooter only but its good to see him improving in that area.

No one is mentioning gv's horrible underhand miss that led to Davis getting the ball. Hero ball at its finest.

picture of a vasquez performance with the extreme positives and negatives - 9-12 shooting until the last 5 mins where he goes 0-3, 5 assists to 5 turnovers is horrible, but then he makes the play at the end of the game, but then the D was horrible as well. We don't need someone with some redeeming qualities for all the negatives, would rather someone whose positives aren't always contrasted by glaring mistakes, and vice versa. But credit for making the right play is due, finally a win

Stop trolling dude. Vasquez had 4 possessions right before that where he hero-balled the possession away. You are intolerable.

Great win tonight! Good things happen when AD gets his touches and minutes. At least we happen something to look forward to next year. I think AD is going to be a 17 10 guy next year. Also, I would love to draft Shabazz to play the wing and possibly get Evans in here to run the point and we have a pretty good team next year.

If what AD23 said is true Vazquez may be a goner. It all depends on where they see Austin playing. Like him or not management sees the same things we do.

I was just referencing an earlier post; I wasnt crying about Vazquez. I do agree that people need to chill with the hate speeches and pessimism though.

I really agree there. There is always somebody whining about the coach ej vazquez lopez you name it. Regardless of win or loss people cant appreciate progress which we have seen by many.

I think every fanbase of a struggling team has this sort of bitterness. People don't know how to vocalize their frustrations properly.

Roger Mason is a sniper I swear when he releases his shot I think they're all going in.

Lopez was meh.

GV had his moments tonight... he had some clutch shots, and he also had a few head-scratchers. He played more SG tonight out of necessity and he did pretty good.

Bryan Roberts played a good game. I just get tired of watching him pound the rock until the shot clock is almost out, then we're forced to rush shots.
