Ingram and Jrue both underperformed. Ingram worse than Jrue (at least Jrue shot 40+% and didn't foul) but still, both bad.

As a side note, for anyone who does just desperately want us to draft someone who can play defense, team and individual, on bigger wings and still switch with guards, then Isaac Okoro is your dude. Cannot shoot for the life of him, but really good passer, handle has progressed to the point where he can create a little off the dribble as a drive-threat, and just clearly the best defender in this draft.

Ingram has been woeful tonight, really. Worst player to have played major minutes tonight.

Have to consider a new coach.

This team tries to play too fast and just end up looking like headless chickens.

Too many wasted possessions on dumb shots and the constant 15+ turnovers. Too many 1 on 3/4/5 fast breaks.

Ingram has some LA demons to exorcise......or LAL is the third best defense team in the league. In any case, still another showing that we can compete with these guys. A game we didn't have ticked off as a win so we are still in the best position for that 8th seed......and good experience for the young guys. Not great but not bad.

I told you BI craps in the bed against good competition...not worth the max. Dude gets overpowered too much, that's the reason he loses the ball so much. Team is just too small to play the ball needed to compliment Zion. Also, the basketball IQ of the team is less than 20, Lakers played through Lebron the whole Qtr. but the Pelicans refuse to do the same with Zion? That's on the head coach...too bad we don't have one worth a crap.
