Thanks, that's why I had to double check I thought there might be some super obvious reason he hadn't been picked yet. He's averaging 20 and 10 last 10 games and is top 5 in blocks for the season.

yea I was going to take him if he fell to 61. He's only playing 29 minutes and still putting up really good numbers. At 61 I'm planning on doing something irrational
Still one guy that really should have gone already. Maybe more than one, but I've got one I know of.
Bucks pick OJ Mayo
Definitely was hoping he fell some more, but the hope he'd fall to my next pick was a pipe dream haha.
Anyone got a site for multiple player comparisons? The new stats for nba.com are only 1 vs 1, and I don't remember about basketball reference
EDIT: Nevermind, I found one, carry on
With the 53rd pick in the Third round of the 2013 HR Redraft, the Denver Nuggets select: Brandon Jennings
http://www.upscalehype.com/wp-conten...7/BrandonJ.jpg
In a pool full of talented, young, two way ball handlers, George Karl has finally found the player that could be his next, (Now Hall of Famer) Gary Payton. Coming out of a prized institution as Oak Hill for generating NBA greats that you see surrounded around the game today in the likes of Ty Lawson, Rajon Rondo, Josh Smith and Carmelo Anthony, Brandon Jennings is only 23 years old and has already shot across the NBA stratosphere to rank as a game changing point guard. George Karl's prior history in Seattle relied on the connection of Gary Payton to Shawn Kemp that made Seattle a basketball heaven throughout the 90's. Now that Brandon Jennings is out of Milwaukee where he had to put the team on his back since the day he was initially drafted, he now comes over to Denver where he won't have to shoot his team out of a game or be the focal point of his teams offensive system. Don't mistake however his new role on Denver for meaning that'll take a backseat to his new teammates. Jennings lethal speed combined with his crafty hands make him a dangerous option to play next to Dirk Nowitzki. Brandon is ready to take over the Denver market and lead the Nuggets with Serge Ibaka and Dirk towards an NBA Title.

It hurts my heart that you just compared Jennings to Gary Payton. =/
A tiny stretch but if you look at the #'s early on in their careers, Payton was discovering his role and forced to play a lot for Seattle. Granted he shot better than Jennings but Jennings quickness and I think also as a defensive slasher and his hands are so fast and active that his defensive mentality is similar to Payton's and can play well figuratively speaking next to another offensive force like Dirk.
I liked the pick, just not the comparison. IMO Jennings isn't even in the same galaxy as Payton on the defensive end. Payton is a hall of famer and Jennings isn't even an all star. So I didn't see it as a tiny stretch, felt it was a huge stretch lol. Regardless the pick and roll w dirk would be an interesting dynamic.
Grizzlies Select Kevin Martin
Man what happened with the selections. They were rolling off and now it takes forever to get a pick in.
I'm pretty much ready with mine. Just waiting for the team before me.
bball has really been taking advantage of that 12 hr time limit with all of is picks.
Sorry I was relatively busy. I'll take Al Jefferson. I know he isn't the best defender but he shouldn't have been here at 61
Remember when I said I was ready, yeah there he goes. Good Pick Beeball.
He woulda been a bad fit for my team, but by far my BPA.
Damnit beeball! Thats who I was trying to move up for
I will be passing up a player that I think is better overall to go with what I believe to be a wonderful fit with my team. This player is shooting 39% from 3 with a PER of 16.86 and that doesn't begin to tell half the story. This is a good defender and in the upper tier of rebounding for his position at 6 per game. Wonderful team player who could shine if asked to play that role, but instead buys into a team philosophy. He boasts a TS% of 60.2% which ranks 6th for his position. A rebound rate of 11. Is making 50% of his field goals, yes I said 50. Add in 12.1 PPG, and 1.7 steals per game. SF Kawhi Leonard
With the 63rd pick in the draft, the Houston Rockets select SF Danilo Gallinari to help spread the floor and create space for center Marc Gasol and PF David West.
God damnit
There's literally only 3 players I want that are left, so I will break my one rule to trade draft picks to move up.
The two SF's I wanted both went in the last two picks and I tried to trade for both of them.
Was everyone targeting Leonard? Guess it was foolish of me to think he would drop to me.
Again I am liking the attention my pick is getting. I was afraid it could have been a bit of a reach but a perfect fit. I am on a draft roll this week.
:ninja:
*I couldn't find a "pat myself on the back smilie" so I will just start referring to myself as the Draft Ninja.
Dang. Knew I should have picked up a solid SF first and a bigman to pair with Duncan later... CRAAAAP.
Im still shocked this guy hasn't been taken yet but that's just me and I'm still looking to trade up for this guy but I'm shocked Big AL was taken that low, and Leonard and Martin were taken that high.
Who's pick?
Idk, I guess I just viewed him as an extremely good defensive player with a 3 point shot but limited offensive skills. Just my personal opinion.
Tray's pick
everyone please update your rosters if you haven't done so already
I like my team so far with Marc Gasol, DWest, and Gallo, but I need a perimeter player who can create.
I might have to trade up and get my guy. There's no way he gets to me
#64th Pick, Oklahoma City Thunder select DeMar DeRozan
Attachment 4827
I have no idea what to think of my team Rondo, Deng, and Hibbert. Really wanted Gordon, I need a scorer, I might just start stockpiling shooters. I will be tough to score on I hope.
I love what my team can do so far in the attack with Jennings, Dirk and Ibaka, but could use another defender and a wing player. Still hoping I could trade up to get the guy I want that I'm shocked hasn't been picked yet.
Not sure about the derozan pick. Raps are my 2nd fave team and i follow them pretty closely. Raps fans are about fed up with him. He has no handles, no outside shot and is a weak defender. His only real ability is to put his head down and attack the rim.
I'm not a fan of Derozen either.
I'd say the chances of me dying are outweighing the chances of me living to my next selection.
