We need our complete team to beat good teams. We Miss JJ Reddick in games like tonight. Because our guys are still young and nervous during crunch time games and reddick would’ve Iced those free throws.

Welp it’s like hoops at LA Fitness. We get to play them again tomorrow night in the same arena lol.
Cannot believe BI missed both FTs. Reminded me of Jrue shooting FTs in the 4th. Adams was a disaster. Whenever Lillard needed FTs, he just drove on lead-foot Adams and got the foul. However, I think Lonzo was right. It appeared Bledsoe hit the ball first on Lillard's shot. Lillard is definitely getting the superstar treatment by the refs anyway. Some of those foul calls were mysterious.
Cannot but can believe this. Cannot lose that game, just can't.
Still - have to mention how silly good that last pass was by Lonzo. Man that would've been special.
we will bounce back next game....we seem to learn from our mistakes now..
You don't appear to be able to hold two things in your head at once.
It can be true that SVG should have adjusted his lineup earlier or in a different way and also be true that we would have won despite that if Ingram hadn't gone 0/2 at the line anyway.
Both of those things, at the same time, are true.
Portland went 31-31 (has to be a record) at the Ft line and one of your best players, shooting 88% on the year, chokes on the line.
This team finds the strangest most #Pelslife ways to lose.
thats the thing...we couldnt score and were giving up second chance points....when adams came in we open up the lead...then dame was doing him but we had the advantage over them with our starting lineup while melo was at the 5 for them......
if ingram make a free throw we win...
Ingram lost this game.. And everyone knows how I feel about Ingram, he's my guy.. But he's proven time and time again that he can't be relied upon to produce at a high level when a game needs to be closed. So stop force feeding him.

Oh for sure. There's no one single thing that lost this game.
If BI had hit one of those FTs.
If NAW hadn't fumbled the inbounds.
If Bledsoe hadn't fouled
If Zion had hit that last bucket
Zion averages 8FTAs a game, he got 6 tonight; if the refs call one or two more fouls (and there were definitely some uncalled fouls) then we win. If Bledsoe goes 4/9 instead of 3/9 from the floor, we win.
We lost on the margins, and as a result there are tons of small things you can point to from a number of guys. Can't pin it on any individual tonight.
