Hield being double having a tough second half. Texas is up, lets see how he responds. Texas definitely has the momentum right now.

Just a question. If Pels land a high pick, would you consider trading AD + pick for Wiggins and Anthony-Towns? I know it 's pure fantasy, but curious if people would rather have our current situation or a starting line up of Holiday, Evans, Wiggins, Anderson and Towns
If you were the Wolves would you do it? I know I wouldn't if I was them. It's a very good question and outside of being bias I think you make that trade. Personally I don't know if I could do it because I would rather take my chances of finding that next player or two and keep AD.
Yeah, Minny probably wouldn't do it, though AD is already an established all star/all nba player. You think you know what Towns and Wiggins will be (it looks good) but you don't know for sure.Plus you get a high pick this year. If we were drafting outside top 5, no chance at all.
It feels like sacrilege to even kick around hypos like this, but I'm weary with this team. And discussions about things like resigning Ryan Anderson at $18 million or bringing Gordon back just give me this incredible sinking feeling. Unless they Pels are aggressive in remaking this roster, I'm not renewing. I think Dell's had his chance. He's had some bad luck, but that's the way it goes. I think this team needs a fresh pair of eyes who has no investment in the status quo. And if Dell didn't do anything at the deadline because he wanted to roll the dice on making the playoffs to save his job, he should be gone tomorrow. That's gross mismanagement.
EJ played great O and terrible D.
I read MM article. But I am against bringing back EJ on any deal.
I would rather trade unguaranteed and 2nd rounder for Morrow.
Like Luke/Toney.
With Ryno I feel that FO wants him in NO.
I think that this might not be a bad idea. We may extend him and trade him later...
Saying you are against bring Gordon back on any deal is completely bias and shows you don't like him. Morrow isn't half the player of Gordon. If we could get him on a good contract you absolutely bring someone like him back. Someone like Gordon off the bench is extremely valuable if that's the case with him returning. I think he can get more $ somewhere like Indiana and get a starting role though. He would be a nice fit in there lineup between Hill and George while being loved by the fan base.
Yes. I do not like him.
I prefer to use this money elsewhere. Especially when I expect that Ryno will be extended.
What is the reasonable price. Per 1 year. And for 4?
I am not saying that he is a bad player.
Just want some changes. After all those years when he was killing our cap.
For all of the money which he received from NO, I will offer him MLE :)
For one year.
I see him looking for 1year/10million. Or 4 years/50m.
I will pass. ..
Oh I completely agree with you and want some changes also. I'm not saying I want him back either. I can understand the frustration with him haha although mine is not as bad as others. I have no idea under this knew cap what good deal is and I guess we will get some kind of idea after or during FA. We won't get him for a good deal anyway so I doubt he comes back. Teams out there have to spend a certain amount of their cap and he will definitely have some buyers. I wouldn't mind the MLE exception for a year or two like you said. I guess that would be considered a good deal. If there isn't much to bring in and our options start getting slim is when I would consider signing him but with your that I would rather look somewhere else.
I hope we can bring someone like Barnes or Batum in but I'm not banking on it. We still have to be realistic that we can't just get anybody we want as a FA and be pissed at Dell because they didn't sign or even come in for a visit. If we can just stay healthy, hit on our draft pick, and add one piece in FA who doesn't have to be a star we could have a very good team next year. Say we brig Gordon and Ryno back which I really hope we do bring Ryno back. Reke/Gordon/Ryno could be one hell of a trio off the bench. Put BDJ/QPon at the 2/3 giving us better defense and we could be very solid. That's without including a draft pick and FA who could knock one of those guys to the bench. That group mite have some kind of voodoo on them because they just can't stay healthy though.
Also with EJ. I do not like his cap hold. Add to this Rynos cap hold and I do not see money for FA.
What in the World happened to the premise of this thread?
After watching yesterday's games, I still like Bacon and Hammond. Jackson and Trimble didn't do enough for me even though Trimble had 19 points. Devin Robinson from Florida would be a nice draft and stash. Get him to gain a few pounds and get more consistent on 3 and he'll be a great 3-D player.
jamal murray looks for real.
With the way jrue ad ryno and eg are playing we might be picking around 10, gimme murray or valentine.
I like Jake Layman (SF) as a second round pick out of Maryland. His 3% has went up every year and he is big at 6'9" allowing him to possibly play some stretch 4 if he bulks up some.

I'm still seeing the Pels picking between 6 and 9, not sure they can get either side of those (unless lucky in lottery).
My big board as it stands: (Simmons, Ingram assumed gone)
Buddy Hield - Possibly best player in college ball, deep range 3pt bomber who has improved every year in college, hes most NBA ready IMO.
Jamal Murray - Another Kentucky system guy, quality shooter, only 19, could become something special.
Jaylen Brown - Amazing physical tools but not a great shooter, needs a few years to get it together.
Jakob Poeltl - Finesse big man, shows some polish, could contribute on the cheap at an expensive position. Also possible AD finishes out games at C so less pressure on him.
Kris Dunn - I'm less sold on him than others, feel like he's redundant next to Jrue.
2nd round is harder but:
Taurean Prince - Energy guy, moving up mock drafts though into 1st round, would be nice if available
Pascal Siakam - Mean PF, would bring some intensity, shows some polish in his low post moves.
Gary Payton II - Does everything on the floor, moreso on defense.
Michael Gbinije - Good size wing with range.
A guy I like is Timothe Luwawu, he has good size and wingspan. He has great defensive potential and is a decent shooter. He's a guy most comparable to a Batum or Paul George type player. He would be a project but I can see this guy being the exact type of player we need. I'm not a huge fan of Heild or Murray, we don't need another guard plus in the NBA these guys are PGs not SGs. If we plan on keeping Jrue I best bet is to have a traditional sg not one who is ball dependent.
