I see it like this. He did his rehab program successfully. He has played since. Not his choice to sit b2b like we all know of course. After him having this off season to get in 100% nba mode as to say. His judgment day should come after next season or at half way point. Do u agree?

And the PER stat doesn't even take into account defensive performance. Its similar to OPS in baseball which exclusively looks at offensive production. Looking at GV's win shares per 48 minutes shows he's in the bottom 5 of starting PGs in the league.

Back on topic....oladipo came up big and I think is the first prospect to show the clutchness in a late game situation. Smart,porter,bazz and Bennett all came up small in the big lights...mclemore is about to have his time in this 2h with kansas down 9 at the half

We were talking about Oladipo, and then it was brought up "if you take him then you move Gordon and set the franchise back." That's what caused the conversation to spiral into why we do/don't need to worry about losing Gordon and replacing him with a rookie. Then somebody came in with a self defending GV snide remark. Now here we are.

NCAA tournament shouldn't really play a huge role in draft status. Small sample size compared to the rest of the season.

It had more to do with Gordon being a solid option and there not being anyone signifigantly amazing in this draft. Its not like we are talking about Gordon for a Wiggins caliber prospect.

It shouldn't, but it does.

That releford kid for Kansas has always played great defense. Comes up with big shots in big moments too. He's a senior and has been pretty consistent his whole college career. Wouldn't mind taking him in the 2nd round.1 heck of a defender. Also really like withey for a center prospect later in the draft.wonder where Hairston will go in this draft. He has def helped his stock with the acc tournament and this tournament so far.

I agree with this. He's been healthy enough to play since his rehab, though clearly not at 100% explosiveness or stamina. I'm willing to wait and see how he comes out of this offseason to make my verdict on his future viability as a Pelican.

Withey will work his way into the top 10. He is an incredible shot blocker and moves great for a 7 footer.

To me the best part about the tournament is having most of all the top prospects available and on TV for everyone to see, I havent watched much Kansas this season so today is like my first real look at McClemore and he hasnt had a very good day thus far

I like whitey a lot, but it won't be top 10. I think he'll be in that 20 range and will be exceptional value.
