Why was Melli on the floor for a defensive possession at the end of regulation? Bad coaching.

Probs cause he was playing his life off on D for the entire 4th and was part of the defensive lineup that brought us back.

It’s absurd to review those plays that minutely. It’s always in the history of basketball understood, that the player who’s action is pushing the ball out of bounds is the player the ball is off on. It doesn’t matter if a nanosecond went by with the ball still in the hands of the guy pushing the other way.

I feel like I can count the number of times the refs call a double lane violation in any game in any season on my fingers and have some left over.
