Not to rain on your parade... There is nothing wrong with his system. It's his rotation and game time management being super inconsistent.

His offense is known for being top 5 in open looks, but he doesn't dictate games on whether those shots fall. It's stubborn brand of basketball that loses more than it wins.

No, it's a terrible lineup, but it's crazy how a lineup can just manifest like that. Out of nowhere. How nobody is responsible for that, it just happens naturally, on the court. Nobody controls this; nobody manages these lineups and rotations. Players just drift on and off the court according to a randomiser and nobody is ever to blame for who is on, when.
