Dwight's not going to NJ now. Wonder where he will want to go.
Would be nice if he and Bynum are on the open market next season.

I thought you couldn't trade more than one player in a sign and trade?

Just going online and on SportsCenter: Hawks have agreed in principle to deal Marvin Williams to Utah for Devin Harris to shed even more $
Trade Alert: The Jazz will send guard Devin Harris to the Hawks for forward Marvin Williams.

Atlanta is making moves
The Hawks HAD to blow up that roster at some point to get out of always being that 4th/5th spot in the East...didn't think they'd do it in a day.

Source: With Nets out of equation, Mavs go to top of Dwight Howard's wish list. No other teams - Lakers included - on it. For now.
Dwight's got JOKES
Mavs don't have much to offer either.
Dwight has lost a spot in this league, he should just STFU and wait until FA happens
I really hate Dwight Howard. I hope they just eat his contract. Bench him for a year and make him lose millions by not giving him his bird years contract. Someone must take a stand.
Jared Dudley @JaredDudley619
I don't wanna get in Dwight Howard's business but lol Why would you wanna play for the Nets over teams such as the Lakers,Bulls, and Mavs
A) Kobe has a reason to be arronant at least.
B) Dwights own website compares his body to Apollo... Not creed the God.
Don't believe me ? http://www.dwighthoward.com/bio
I think Dwight's sits there and dreams up the places with the fewest assets and demands trades there.
Dwight does have a godly physique.

Yep, Danny Ferry just made Atlanta a *potential* landing spot for both Chris Paul AND Dwight Howard in FA next season.
LoL... yeah okay. That's REALLY high on Dwight's wishlist... right after Charlotte.
Dwight is from Atlanta and if they can dump Smith, they will have cap room. Horford is a very good player already.
They never will sell tickets
Joe Johnson was the biggest F/A signing (actually sign/trade) I can recall for ATL. Even with all of that cap space, it doesn't seem like ATL would be a desired locale for the big time players. They should get as many draft picks as they can, spend wisely, & build around Horford.
Can Orlando just force Dwight to play in the D league, or worse, trade him to the bobcats?

It feels like so long ago that I was lambasted for suggesting that Brooklyn couldn't pay Deron, Joe Johnson, Wallace, AND Dwight. I thought Prokorov was a billionaire guys? Why not just have his big 4 like it's nothing?
It's about assets not money, but keep patting yourself on the back.
Howard is actually friends with Josh Smith so any move to Atlanta would have to keep Smith in a Hawks uni.
I think if you are already in the luxury tax then you just can't sign anyone else.
