Given our injury history, and his low cost, I am okay with keeping TJones around.
Man i wish t Jones would stay let Cunningham go
Cousins/ D-Mo / Ajinca / Asik
Davis / Cunningham / Diallo
Hill / Casspi
Moore / Hollis
Holiday/ Frazier

I hope they find a way to buyout ajinca and qpon to clear roster spots, send diallo to dleague, and keep Jones. Ajinca wants playing time so maybe he'll take a decent buyout. Qpon as well especially if we sit him down and tell him if he can get healthy we'll resign him. Jones I just don't want him going to a competitor but I understand the move. It could clear up 3 spots for either some buyouts or dleaguers.
You still need to have 3 players inactive.
Why spend the money to waive players when all you will be doing is paying more players/d-leaguers to be inactive.
Holiday/Frazier/*
Moore/Thompson/*
Hill/Casspi/Q-Pon
Davis/Cunningham/Diallo
Cousins/D-Mo/Ajinca/Asik
* Combo guard to signed after Jones buyout.
Inactive: Asik, Q-Pon and Ajinca.
There's no rule saying you NEED 3 inactive players. I think the minimum is 12 for a total roster.
Vertical Sources: Deron Williams, Dallas have started discussions toward contract buyout. Cleveland, Utah, Atlanta expressed trade interest.

I can see DWill ending up in Cleveland. Hate to say it, but see Bogut ending up in Houston after buyout. Jones will likely go where he gets playing time.
Id keep t jones and play him at the 3 honestly.
Letting Jones walk to another team is the kind of play that keeps us in the good graces of agents, allowing us to have a good reputation for signing players like him and DMo in the first place. We now have a history with this FO of being very player-friendly.
So in your head, how many more wins do we get if we have an unhappy Jones on the roster? Now think about the reward of Jones' agent looking at the Pels as a spot that does-right by his clients as a possible spot for future free agents. The value may seem intangible but it is very real and helps us make up for being a small market without a winning history.
It's a shame we weren't able to move Ajinca. That's what I'm really disappointed about.
Yeah it does suck, but I think it'll be okay. Only the flip side we didn't blow any of our limited future assets trying to right those wrongs. We will be able to move Ajinca sooner than later given his low relative cap number and the years remaining on his deal.
