Gentry is too egotistical to admit that his "system" doesn't work. I have watched basketball for about 45 years and I have seen quite a few coaches try to "run" the other team into the ground. It's not a new concept and it's never sustainable. All you get is bad defense and a lot of injuries.

Ingram has been bad tonight offensively so far and Kenny offers us no offense as always. Need players to step up but let’s do the easy thing and blame Gentry as if he’s the only one at fault tonight as usual..

I know of course.. yet 99% of people here couldn’t coach a kids basketball team how to run a simple pick and roll lol. Does Gentry deserve blame? Absolutely.. Using Gentry as the only at fault is just ridiculous

I know Gentry likes to run up the score with shooters. I feel the team can't run exotic rotations to any success. He needs to settle for what works.
