Leandro Barbosa SG 25 $13,907,500 $15,298,250 $16,689,000 $18,079,750
I've never been sure if he'd match a max for barbosa; and if i had to bet i'd say he's not.
First of all, my young guys love playing for a confident and passionate GM as myself. Secondly, doesn't matter. He's a max guy and I have no plans on short changing him. He wants to take a little less that's his decision. But we are more than ready to offer max money to him and Deron.

WU TANG
New Deadline is Friday?
Think Friday afternoon
Filled my roster and still have $10 mil going forward. Need to start working on the trade talks.
Well if he does match, then the amount in deals that Inner can offer FAs could change.
My question is: in real NBA does a signed offer sheet count against the cap(my guess is yes)? Here it obviously does as Barbosa is on my roster.
I don't think it counts until after his previous team decides not to match the offer sheet.
Not sure when the next sim will be.
Melo's a greedy SOB. I'm already 10 over the cap. Wait till next season. I'll be 50 over.
See that's the issue. hahaha I can sign other players potentially, but it could void the Barbosa contract, then neither me or commish end up signing him?
I love RFA, but I just think before there are more sims, there has to be a response for the sake of both teams.
Honestly, just like in the real league, I think it is my right to wait as long as I possibly can to hurt him from signing other players.
I mean that's fine as well. I just want a standard. I'll follow either one. I voiced my opinion.
The other side of the coin, is Barbosa should be against my cap until its official so I could potentially still sign other players, right? Or does the Offer sheet count against the cap?
Either way, again is fine.
Exactly.
