Either way, Kobe was not established. Just look at the play again. 99% of time that's a block. But because it's Kobe it's automatically a charge.

I would if I could, but I don't have a DVR and the angle on TV was poor. It is very difficult to tell blocks/charges when both players are moving on a fast-break like that. It is likely that Kobe got the benefit of the doubt.
