We should hold on the Gordon at least till trading deadline next season.
We should hold on the Gordon at least till trading deadline next season.
Whats everyone opinion on whether Gordon would approve of being trade to any these teams since he does have veto rights to any trade untill july 2013.
How about this, http://espn.go.com/nba/trademachine?tradeId=b54dad3.
Golden State gets alot of expirings and gives them players for a title run this year.
Dallas gets building blocks with Gordon and Dirk with alot of money to spend next year.
We get alot of youth and 2 contracts that expire after next year (which can be moved for picks or wait till money comes off for resigning)
If Dallas needs more ,Golden State can throw in a first or Ezeli can go to Dallas. On the trade machine we come out even, Dallas loses but they're throwing the towel for next years free agents anyway, and Golden state increase by 6 for a run in the playoffs and cap space next year.
Our Team looks like
Vasques, Rivers
Mayo, Mason
Barnes, Miller
Davis, Ryno, Beidrins
Lopez, Ezeli, Smith
We still have a first for McLemore(if lucky), Smart, Porter, or maybe Bennett as a matchup 3/4. (I know Bennett has been considered a 4 but can play spot 3 against some slower/bigger 3's)
Saw this on another site, I think the Pacers seem like legit landing spot if Gordon is traded but don't know about the value of this deal.
Pacers - Gordon, Smith, 2014 2nd rd pick
Pelicans - George, Stephenson, West (Expiring Contract)
I can't get it to share so here it is
Dallas Gets Gordon
Golden State gets Kaman, Carter, and Aminu
We get Mayo, Barnes, Beidrins, and Ezeli
No way Indiana does that trade. Giving up George and West for an injury riddled Gordon gives them no chance to compete with Miami
The problem with Mayo which was just presented to me by MM, is that mayo's contract is expiring. He has a player option, which means he will be an unrestricted free agent demanding 8-10 Mill.
Man I just gave u an Internet Hi5. We will never be happy.
Klay Thompson may not have a great FG% this year, but he shoots a good clip from 3, and has a great FT%. I'd be happy with Barnes and Thompson for Gordon, Smith and our first round pick this year unprotected. I think that's a realistic win/win for both teams.
Chandler Parsons has got to be the most underrated player in the NBA.
Look at his salary,
http://www.spotrac.com/nba/houston-r...ndler-parsons/
Around 880,000 a year for 15 PPG/4 Assists/6 Rebounds.
Oh god! Anyways, I see a deal with the Warriors but the only player I see moving from GS is Klay, and IDK how him a GV would work together as both is slow.
I say keep Gordon but if we do go and get the home town guy Danny Granger from(there is no chance Paul George goes) Indiana, it would be nice to get a pick in a mid round from a guy like Aminu so we can grab someone who may fall like Nerlen Noel or something. Grangers a good player who can do everything, even play the post and defend Lebron.
I like mayo plus a first
parsons and a 1st
barnes and a 1st
paul george for gordon and our 1st
any of these are fine with me
