Only gotta hold it together for a few more possessions. Big road win.
Jrue with another 3. He has 25 points.
We're gonna be able to get whatever we want from the Pacers someday for Jrue.
Jrue with the DAGGER!
Nice to see clutch 4th QTR Jrue back in the building
He was playing good before it happened but that cut to the face may be what turns Jrue on this season. He is being clutch on O and D, tonight. Closed this game out on both ends. Good win. Eases that back and forth we've been having. These past few weeks.
This will be a huge win. We have to take difficult games even with injuries. They are part of the game.
Jrue worried me with a somewhat dirge 3rd quarter but huge shots down the stretch. Gamewinnner tonight.
Character Builder. Early in the season we would have wilted like last Mardi Gras' boutonniere
Fro Jrue is so much better than braids Jrue.
It lets his brain breathe better.
Holy crap, did AD just say he was digging afro Jrue?
Great minds think alike!
What a gutsy win for the Pels! They had to defeat the Pacers and the referees.
Oh Jrue showed up and the team wins short handed
No Ingram, no Zion, we walk away with a 124-117 victory on the road against the 31-21 Pacers!
End of the game Statlines!

Frank: 9 points, 4 rebounds, 1 assist. 2/6 shooting. +4
Hayes: 2 points, 2 rebounds. +3. 9 minutes.
I also loved that Lonzo took the driving lane and scored instead of taking the stepback when he got Turner switched onto him.
Jrue's last game with 30 points, 10 assists? December 2018, against the Clippers, when he had 32/14.
Jrue showed up it the clutch...just chill
Good win. I hope Zion and Ingram are back next game because this means Jrue will start paying like a second round rookie for a few games. Then a slow incline in play then followed by a game like this and then wash and repeat.

Jrue Holiday finishes with 31 points tonight, his third 30-point game of the season, and scores 17 in the fourth quarter, including 14 of the Pelicans’ last 18 points. #WontBowDown

Melli has been so much better recently. He is playing very well defensively and his shooting and passing really open things up on offense.

As mentioned, it's hard not to like this team. In fact, I find it downright impossible not too.
FWIW: I like Fro-Jrue waaaay more and he plays better too. I believe the stats will prove me correct.
Having a low net rating doesn't necessarily mean you sucked. It's usually a pretty good indicator :hihi: but you can just be unlucky and get caught out with opponents going on runs and stuff. I don't post the advanced stats as like, the Final Verdict on a game, it's just information to take going forward.
That said, if you have the lowest net rating like 5 games in a row or something, maybe that stops being coincidence :hihi: Hart isn't in that category though.
Zion Williamson and Brandon Ingram were both held out Saturday w/ ankle sprains.

Both are day-to-day however a team source told me the expectation is to have both players back for Tuesday’s game against Portland.
Will see how they respond to treatment until then.
What a great team win! Everyone played well but Jrue....?? Man ohhh Man.... That 4 quarter was something special...
I agree that the ball movement was spectacular this game, especially in that first quarter.
Jrue stepped up big time in the clutch, and Lonzo was feelin it yesterday or something. His overall best game of the season to me because he scored when he knew we actually needed it.
I was actually in the city for something the following day and caught the game. Sat in front of Jax’s little brother and maybe a whole section of friends and family from a school called Moeller. Disappointed he caught foul trouble, but Jax sure is beloved I’ll tell you that.
