Yeah, basically this. Griff probably is giving Alvin a long leash anyway, but even if he wasn't, he's not going to sit on a broadcast interview and go ''yeah we suck, and a large part of it is because Alvin has no idea what he's doing and runs this team like a moron.''

I agree! He knows some is on Gentry but if you can’t see that this team being plagued by injuries has a huge impact on how we perform I don’t know what to tell you. Did Greg Popovich forget how to coach? How about Steve Kerr or Erik Spoelstra? No they did not but they need the players to do so since they aren’t magicians. Spoelstra was terrible for years after the big 3 and all the sudden he’s back on top and why? Because he has players!

We have players as well but are one of the youngest teams plagued by injuries and on top of that we have 0 consistency in lineups because of players constantly missing a game or 2 along with others missing lots of time including our best player. You just won’t win games consistently like this.

We really don't have a vocal leader on this team, do we? Jrue is a silent player. Doesn't talk much. Ingram is chill. A baller, but chill and pretty quiet. Redick is a veteran, but he's never been asked to be a leader and he shouldn't be.

Favors isn't really loud or vocal either. Can't be Zion, he's friggin' 19. NAW and Kenny could be. But both are very, very young.

It should be Lonzo. But...eh. He seems too chill too.

Josh Hart, JJ, and Favors when he comes back. Losing Favors was a big blow for many reasons. We have lots of young guys who will don’t their roles.

Gotta say, an underrated part of Jaxson's improvement has been his passing off the short roll. He's still not elite or anything at it, but he's shown real improvements there.
