I guess that's possible. Let him play a few minutes in the All-Star game because that's the right thing to do, but keep him out as much as possible so teams still want him.

Boogie is so talented but I really don't like him. I'd rather PG13. Also really don't want to give up Jrue and Buddy.

I think it was more about what they were actually getting for him. Clearly Evans would be tossed in to make salaries work. Might need more filler contracts too. Not sure without looking at the numbers.

Paul George is probably the better fit with AD going forward, but he is also less attainable than Cousins.

IMO, Boogie. Paul George is great, but I think if AD wants to play primarily PF, then a Center is of bigger need than a SF currently. Especially if Hill keeps playing like he's playing lately. Our SF's > Our C's right now. Boogie fixes that.

I rather have boogie...we would have an advantage no other team could match. We would be memphis on steroids. Plus jrue is the icing on the cake. The challenge would be gentry making it work.

I love Buddy, but this is a trade I would take the risk on.

Keeping Buddy would turn this team into an even more interesting threat long-term with a core of Jrue, Buddy, Davis and Cousins, due to the way the cap is playing out and players probably not moving as much, but I would be cautiously optimistic about it.

Yea exactly, Evans + Heild for Cousins works in trade checker. Sixers getting involved as a 3rd team and sending Okafor to the Kings makes sense.

But DeMarcus Cousins' agent Jarinn Akana tells ESPN that Cousins is unlikely to sign a summer extension with any team that trades for him

The real question is how the hell do you field a competitive around them if it seems like talented players on rookie deals aren't a thing.
