Well, that was an episode where something or nothing happened.
But ibdidnt say anything!!!
I'm glad I changed my Avatar.
What is an acceptable amount of time to finish 8 seasons of the Office in?
5-8 years.
It's pretty amazing
I just watched last nights episode of GoT. Spoiler alert...
I think they're getting a little ridiculous with it now. I'm actually wondering how anyone became an adult on the show.
I've never watched the Office. I guess I'll hit it up on Netflix after I finish Arrested Development.
It took me a few episodes to get into it.
Really disappointed with Gatsby.
Gatsby is a remake from its original movie, which started from the book. When reading the book it's great and suspenseful, but the original movie was kinda boring. I figured the remake would be way more interesting because of the cast and Leonardo Dicaprio who's amazing.
Saw after earth
I could get into why I was disappointed but it's coming from a guy with a Masters in English so it's probably only important/interesting to me. Suffice it to say they had two ways of portraying Nick Carraway's relationship with Gatsby and they didn't pick either, and the movie suffered because of it.
it'd be a great movie to catch on TV and watch probably. Had some holes, a little slow, which is understandable considering the story, but I am a sucker for cool tech in a movie and this had some. it was just fine not horrible, but not great either. I feel very blah about it.
Gatsby was good, I thought. DiCaprio was the perfect gatsby, I thought.
There were plot holes and such, but the thing that bothered me the most was that the movie could of been so much better with certain added elements.
You're right, it is the best version yet. And I don't think it's the accuracy, I think it's exactly what you said. The spirit of the book is too complicated to put on the screen. It just doesn't shine through, even with Leo's good performance. Maybe there's nothing they could do about it, but it still left me disappointed.
Are any of you guys Percy Jackson & The Olympians fans? I read the books Lighting Thief and still on Sea Of Monsters. I thought the first movie was great until reading the book which Rick Riodan wrote so great! The 2nd movie looks like it'll stick to the 2nd book from what I read I the preview I've seen. But to be completely honest, the book series is just as good as Harry Potter.
Sorry I didn't see your post earlier. But I hate that they casted Logan as Percy, wayyyy to old. Also hate that Annabeth wasn't a blonde. I could continue to go on & on about The Lighting Thief movie. Even though I'm amp to see the next movie I still rather have a reboot of The Lighting Thief with a different cast. The pictures I seen while reading the book was not to be found, hopefully The Sea of Monsters change my perspective.
Now for the books and I'm not even deep into the series yet and its the best. Im attempting to savor the books because I dont want the story to ever end. Rick Riordan is a beast!
In the 3rd episode of lost and loving it!
Good show, esp the first few seasons
Go to your reunion, turd!
Watched Man of Steel last night. Even though I can see why it didn't get great reviews, but good instead. I still loved it and would watch it again.
This is the End was exactly what I expected yet somehow totally unexpected
Man of Steel was really good. The wife hated it because it left her wanting more Smallville and less action.
