LeBron because of his unique size and strength could've credibly guarded Barkley, Malone, Kemp, Nance, Mason, Mashburn, Mourning, Horace Grant, Coleman, Vin Baker or any other oversized 3, traditional 4, or undersized 5. Jordan could not and the composition of his championship squads reflect this. Jordan needed role players to fit around his greatness. LeBron's greatness is that it can change depending on his supporting cast.
4. Personality. Michael was relentless. James is accommodating. Michael was demanding. James takes what you can offer. Michael held grudges (read his HOF Speech). LeBron has never had teammate who wasn't his best friend (except Delonte West lol).
