I think Duncan plays another 3-5 years. I won't even get into the Kobe and where he's at in his career.:hihi:
I was thoroughly defeated on here by 2-3 members the other night!!!! Lmao

Since I'm pretty sure we won't be able to get Curry or Thompson, we must steal their shooting coach.
Thompson put on a clinic in the first half. 29 first half points.
Thompson is a flame thrower tonight. Holy crap
Klay Thompson is playing like a video game where you find the perfect spot to shoot and even your worst shooter is hitting 100%.
Yeah, I am taking both Curry and Thompson over Gordon...and Barnes as well.
Warriors better not get complacent here in the 2h cuz the same thing will happen that will happen last game. Thompson doesn't need to start jacking up forced shots just cause he was blazing in the 1h.
I think this warriors team is surprising many ppl. They win this game and how that last game went will def make them look like the better team. They are dominating this spurs team. Just need to play smart and avoid turnovers down the stretch. I know curry and Thompson makes this team go but I think a healthy bogut is the key.
I'll take you not taking me seriously. I'll take Tyson "I led the NBA in ORtg for the last 3 seasons" Chandler (among players who played at least 250 minutes in a season) over your word about offensive game.
And I'll leave off the rest of your `information' in the interested of kindness.
I'm not "hating on" anyone. Go actually read what was read, then come with something rational so you don't further embarrass yourself.
About the uniform: Derrick Rose is refusing to play. Therefore, anyone in a uniform is a better NBA player. Care to dispute that, too?
Have a feeling this game might go into OT as well. Great matchup.
Bout to lose the lead. At least there's no banshee in the audience this time.
Heard rumors security scanned for her when gates opened.
I don't think the spurs are coming back now. This could be a wonderful series.
D Rose...what a shame. Can't blame him though, however I wonder how much is insecurity and how much is sloth. Let me explain. I used to run quite often, I never did it professionally, but I ran in high school, ran in college til it was dropped, I like running. Well, my style of running isn't the prettiest but its efficient for me, but I plant my foot awkwardly. After years of doing such I got a stress fracture in my foot. I was grounded and I couldn't run for a couple of months. Finally I was given the clear to run again, but by that point I hadn't ran in a while, and I was scared I would injure myself again. Well I got the ok but it was now mental, and since I hadn't ran in so long my lifestyle had changed where I wasn't including running in my daily regiment. Maybe it was being unwilling towards running in the cold, maybe it was just being slothful, either way I had taken what was once such a big thing to me and I had made it a passing thing.
I am not saying I am D Rose, but he hasn't played competitively in over a year. His mind isn't right, and it will take some prodding for him to get back to where he is. I wouldn't be surprised if next year Rose ranks amongst the 5-10 best pg's out there, and we don't see the old D Rose for a few years. Shame too.
No higher seeds retain home court advantage at this point.
Interesting.
Impressive win by the warriors. Got scary there for a moment tho. I am still sticking to my guns with the warriors winning this series in 6.

Interesting read on this subject.
It has been only this year that he got this boost in the oRtg, past years he was avg 3.4 (2011-2012) and 2.8 (2010-2011). Cousins and Howard were behind him this year, but the past years they were ahead of him, and they are as DUMB as him.
So this stat has nothing to do with being smart or clever playing the game.
I prefer to check his technicals fouls stats the past 3 years, and he's always on the top 20 as the ones who do it more often on the regular season and the post season.
He often gets in foul trouble early on, PF's and C's makes him lose the nerves easily provocating him and that's why he is used to get many Tech Fouls.
About DRose, your kind of POV, tends to happen to people who haven't played a sport in his life professionally or amateur (in school, playing in break time doesn't count) and never had an injury.
If you did, you would know it's not so easy to come back and play like nothing happened. After suffering a terrible injury like Rose had, people mentally "weak" or not so tough like a Kobe Bryant, takes more time not only physically but mentally to recover. Every person is a different story. And Rose relies too much on his athleticism.
I would also want him to come back to play the game, but I can understand him, he can be cleared by the medical personnel, but he's not ready mentally. People expects him to come back after 1 year off and play something near the level he was playing last year. The Bulls have already learned to play without him and if he comes back now, it can hurt the team and cut the pace off their game.
He better wait then fully recovered physically and mentally for next season to start from the scratch.
You have no idea what you are talking about in paragraph 1.
You have no idea what I've done in life, so just keep those speculations internal if you don't, again, want to look embarrassed.
Just stop. You are just spouting nonsense to support a position your emotions put you into. Just stop, and jump into another conversation.
I have some idea of what I'm talking because I have checked the stats.
And even in the stats it doesn't tell the whole story, it doesn't show how much of a smart/clever a player is, playing the game. You gotta watch the games, not only check the stats.
I will stop just because you don't have any arguments (as shown) to contrarest what I said.
First, you didn't even look at ORtg. Those you posted numbers don't even make sense as ORtg numbers.
Also, saying stats don't tell the whole story then starting to count techs really says you are just picking and choosing what's ok to prove your case, as if techs indicate BB IQ in all or most cases.
You, sir, are the one without an argument. I made mine, and you failed to address it (because you can't).
Changer's Ortg has been:
131
130
133
For the past 3 years. Which is pretty damn good, and by damn good, i mean he's lead the league for the past 3 years. I think you're confusing emotional intelligence (by your reference of Howard and Cousins) with basketball IQ. No CLUE where you got those numbers from ?
He also has shot .697 .708 .671
He's also the ALL TIME CAREER leader in FG%. What about that doesn't scream basketball IQ? to me this means, the dude knows what he is, and doesn't play outside of the scope of his offensive game. High basketball IQ.
Reference: http://www.basketball-reference.com/...ct_career.html
Does this make him a worse player? does it make his basketball IQ worse? Let's use this year as a sample:
1 DeMarcus Cousins, C SAC 75 30.5 269 3.6 5.6 3 17 4
2 Russell Westbrook, PG OKC 82 34.9 189 2.3 3.2 0 15 1
3 Larry Sanders, C MIL 71 27.3 233 3.3 5.8 1 14 5
Blake Griffin, PF LAC 80 32.5 231 2.9 4.3 0 14 0
Carmelo Anthony, SF NY 67 37.0 205 3.1 4.0 2 14 1
6 J.R. Smith, SG NY 80 33.5 226 2.8 4.1 3 13 2
Kobe Bryant, SG LAL 78 38.6 173 2.2 2.8 0 13 0
8 Kendrick Perkins, C OKC 78 25.1 227 2.9 5.6 2 12 1
Kevin Durant, SF OKC 81 38.5 143 1.8 2.2 1 12 1
Jermaine O'Neal, C PHX 55 18.7 126 2.3 5.9 0 12 1
Tyson Ranks #16. Just means they're emotional players. Sure you have some knuckleheads on there, but the Kobe's, Melo's, Westbrook's and Durant's all have more techs; does this mean their BBIQ is low?
I try not to get into the debate about when a player comes back or not. The thing that's disappoints me is: D Rose's reputation is a guy who LOVES basketball. A guy who Can't stand to lose. All heart. That's what he's marketed as that's who he claims he is. This is why I love watching him. With that being said, it baffles me that he's sitting out versus the Heat and is going to watch his team go down due to lack of firepower; when he's a case of TNT sitting on the bench. Also, playing sports professionally or as an amateur has nothing to do with having an opinion on how he's handling it. He hasn't been cleared for days, he's been cleared for months. He's taking part in 5 on 5 drills. i get him not being everything he was from the moment he stepped on the court, but it seems as if he wants that; which is why he's buying extra time. Meanwhile, his team sorely needs him and his "recovery mentally" is leaving his team out to dry. I would respect it more if he went out and sucked (David Lee) but tried to play rather than just sat there.
