Next time we have an impromptu sim league party, I'll have to share over a few beers. But 1 (well a few of these stories are from then... lol) was when i was on study abroad in Japan. I spent New Years there and stayed in my dorm lounge with like 15 other guys just drinking the NYE night away. At some point, we ran out of booze in the lounge.. so i ran up to my room and grabbed the only alcohol i had (red wine i had gotten for free... don't like red wine, hence it still being untouched in my room lol). Came back down, another guy had gone to get a case of beer from the convenience store, and another guy took this bottle of sake that is supposed to be special New Years sake that you arent supposed to drink (whoops).

So all of us (me and 2 other white dudes and like 10 japanese guys) decided on a drinking game where if you lose you have to drink this crappy concoction of Red wine + Beer + sake... like pound a mug of it. Needless to say I lost a few times and woke up at 3pm on the floor of my dorm room, using my backpack as a pillow... lets just say i had revisited that concoction. Instead of cleaning it up, i threw some newspaper on it and climbed back into my bed.

That 1 year in Japan probably shortened my life by like 5 years LOL

Because of that experience, i have not had Red Wine in... 7 years LOL

Haha I wouldn't either. I wont touch tequila ever since I went to cabo 3 years ago

After the draft party I'm starting to think cherry flavored vodka and 7, bud light lime-a-ritas, and B&B liqueur cognac don't mix well together.


Good thing I couldn't find that Absinthe I was looking for.

What's your first?

Going to sound boring, but Miller Lite (glass bottles only). My whole family drinks or drank just that and it was my first, so it kind of stuck.

This will definitely deserve a thread of its own, but where to put it?

Abita Amber is probably my favorite beer, but I am not big on a lot of other Abitas. I've never loved the Strawberry, and I really dislike the Jockamo. But SOS and Fall Harvest are good.
