How do not clean this coaching staff out after watching this horrible display of stupidity once again by Monty Williams. This guy is so far over his head as a NBA head coach that it is sickening. How many games this season has this team blown games in the 4th quarter due to just shear ignorance from your head coach not making any kind of adjustments with personnel. Why did they even bother drafting Davis?

I'm really annoyed with Monty. Can't stomach him right now.
