I will never understand why fouling the dunker on an oop isn't immediate FTs. If that isn't a scoring action, what is? Why else is he jumping there?

another decent finish from DD, thats what i want to see from him the most, contested finishes at the basket

great finish from the Pels to keep the game from getting out of hand. Played good defense at the end there against Curry, along with CJ and Hawkins knocking down some badly needed 3s

can't ask for more than down 2 at the half. nice finish. we're missing our (injured) depth tonight, no question.

I will take that any day of the week. Tough first half and only down 2

Nah, kicking people in the head and getting away with it is more of a Draymond thing.

It’s not even entertaining watching Curry anymore. Just a guy at shooting practice because nobody is allowed to be physical with him.

what is happening? one absurd call after another.

Refs are bad often but this might be the worst officiating I have ever seen. Just brutally bad call play after play. Not even the usual exaggeration thing, it's literally consecutive plays.

The Pelicans can withstand ingram OR trey being out, but having both of the top 2 wing players gone the Pels are overmatched and has to rely on guys overachieving to get a win.

If the refs call this game even slightly evenly, Pels are probably up even at this point. It's hard to get an objective opinion on how the team plays when its in this context.

Already missing guys going into the season. Ingram's already out game 3. We're playing against a massively undersized team on a SGB2B and what do we do? Bench JV most of the game. You're already in a hole there, then on top of that we go on a brutally bad cold shooting streak for 2 whole quarters, and the refs decide that Trey's Halloween costume was actually offensive and we needed to be punished. At this point the team is just ready to wrap it up, barely playing with any effort at all and while I resent it it's hard to blame them. I don't like playing rigged games either.

About as embarrassing as you can get. We can?t keep letting a few bad calls rattle us like that. We still haven?t grown enough. All that effort in the beginning was wasted.

A few? It was like 11 minutes straight of them, including both Herb and Willie getting techs.

50% them playing with way more effort, 25% Willie inexplicably benching JV for huge portions of the game despite him having no fouls, and 25% Pels shying away from contact because the refs call everything against us.

I can’t wait till these dudes stop allowing this team to disrespect them. Fans aren’t paying to see GSW entertain them. The Pels act like they are the visitors when they play this team at home.

When a team shoots 51% from the floor there's fewer of them to be had.

Then outside of JV, this team does not have a board eater. Just no technique and laziness and that includes #1. The one other guy making an effor this year on the boards...oh yeah he's injured AGAIN.

Could have drafted Trayce Jackson Davis. He lasted and lasted into the 2nd round. But nope. Let's ride with Larry and go sign freakin Cody Zeller. That'll do.

zion should be getting 10 boards a game. I think antonio had a little dig at zion during the game "its amazing how much faster a player runs when they think they can score". zion can definitely put more effort into rebounding and making an effort to get back in D.
