He's had a 3pt rate of at least 28% for the last three years. Nearly a 3rd of his shot attempts (and in one season, over 40% of his shot attempts) from deep for years now.

Surely these coaches have a break down of +/- and they can see which players are effective?
I know that +/- isn't that great, but it's so obvious that Lance and Murphy should get some time against their starters and have Val eat against their backups, just to mix it up a little.

Especially when he starts off so hot. He's at his best when he's just grooving, why he allows himself to give up that rhythm I'll never know. It would be one thing if there was someone else scoring to split things with but when everyone else is cold and you're on fire, let yourself do a little carrying.
