Great read by Hart to recognise that if Zion had a default double, someone was open. Found the trailing Hayes who hit the runner.

Zion and Ingram have a combined 29 points on 10/12 shooting already lmao
Sometimes the Pelicans youth just shows.
Yes Gobert... You must follow the rules and can't hide behind your sham DPOY.
Well our lead is dwindling already
You know, I would like to see Zion take more 3s.
Not in a Ben Simmons ''shoot a three, coward'' kind of way, but just because I think he has the potential to be an okay enough 3pt shooter for them to be worth taking, and you improve by doing.
Also not saying he should take 3s instead of his hyper efficient at-rim attempts. Just that every now and again he gets the ball on the perimeter and nobody comes within 6 feet of him and no one else is moving off ball, so why not just take the wide open 3?
I have no idea if that was a lob or a shot attempt from Ingram
Can Lonzo... Idk. Be.. Useful?
Lonzo with the ''what on earth was that'' pass.
Sure, pocket passes in PnR make sense but time it right, Christ. No use to Adams if he ends up catching it 17 feet from the basket with two defenders right on him lol
That was a suspect foul on Lonzo, tho
Straight up flopping now.
Can I say how much I despies these yearly pretenders with our name.
Ingram is just in full on ''fix the percentages'' mode tonight lmao
Bled and So should never be on the court together. In fact, trade both of them.
:hihi::hihi::hihi:
Zo string together a couple of good plays and that happens.. It's sad. I was really rooting for him last march.
They just called a foul on Adams for the crime of blocking a shot cleanly lmao
I feel like everytime Zo bricks a 3... It gets followed up by giving up a 3. Then, it feels like a 6 point swing.
Very little annoys me more than trigger happy shooters (who will happily take all kinds of bad looks) getting wide open shots and missing horribly
That's because it is.
Maybe I'm wrong here and I'm just noticing it because I'm not a fan of his so it sticks out more (I accept that it could be bias there) but I feel like when Lonzo misses a 3 he always takes a split second to look down at the floor and kind of go ''aw...'' before he starts moving back onto defense, and it lets his guy just get off down the court that one step ahead. Feeling sorry for himself.
We are losing by a point.
I don’t think the problem is Zo or Bledsoe so much as Lonzo, Bledsoe and no PG. notice how during our run we were pushing the pace and moving the ball. Now that the game has slowed down a bit, we are playing Utah’s game and allowing them to double and trap us due to our lack of ball movement.
We desperately need somebody that can run a game. That much is clear
From the first half:
Ingram: 20 points, 8/10 shooting, 4/5 from 3. 0/0 from the line
Zion: 14 points, 4/7 shooting, 1/1 from 3. 5/7 from the line.
So that's a cool 34 points on 12/17 shooting (70.6%) including 5/6 from 3 (83.3%) from our 2 main guys. Great! Now to check on what our two starting guards have put up.
15 points on 6/17 shooting (35.3%) and 1/5 from 3 (20%) you say? Oh I see.
:hihi:
The thing I like about Bledsoe is he is very willing to be hands off and let others touch the ball. The reason that is bad for this team is Lonzo Ball happens to be the other guard and there is absolutely no playmaking. That and if Bledsoe is ‘off the ball,’ he happens to be a VERY streaky shooter rather than a consistent one, so you never know what you will get from him. So if he isn’t creating for others or hitting shots, we are screwed
jazz free throws are wild lol....
we run and gunning and were winning the game...we play slow ball and give up the lead....
stan takes ingram out of the game while he was cooking lol smh....
we have to play gentry ball to beat the jazz tonight but the team will go back to the half court set and make it hard tonight....
Like we just don’t swing the ball or anything. Our movement has to be better. Our guards have to be better.
Ay Lonzo hit a 3
Right, okay so I know Lonzo hit a 3, that doesn't mean he should be our leading shot taker.
Which he is. Somehow.
Zion so good
The fact that Zion has taken 8 FGAs when Bledsoe and Lonzo have each taken 11 tells you sad things.
Lonzo had an open catch and shoot three which he turned into a contested dribble pull up two

sigh.
Our weekly coach technical... That doesn't change anything.
Zion got to speak up. I think that's the only thing that ll work.
It’s all nice and sweet to hear that we should attack the rim AD, but they are sitting in the paint. We SHOULD be looking to move the ball and stop being so predictable. We just aren’t doing anything to make the Jazz’ life difficult.
I'll be glad if we never play the Jazz till they change their name and give us back our name.
Where Darren Collison?
I know he retired for religious purposes. Maybe he's ready to return.
Welp, another game where our guards lose us the game. Can't generate offense, make shots, or defend the 3pt barage.
I feel bad for BI and Zion this season. They shouldn’t have to carry these chuckleheads.
Ingram's cooled off (naturally, rare for anyone to stay that hot all game), the guards have been pretty mediocre-to-poor all game, and Zion's getting nothing run for him.
No wonder the offense is so stagnant. 11 points in 8 minutes. Yuck.
I swear... Nothing ever happens when coach Ts up over calls. Refs just double down on it.
Time for bed. Typical Pelican game. Play well till mid 3rd and then get blown out.
Recurring TO problems from SVG.
Refs calling BS fouls on Pels guys.
Again, very little run for Zion through the whole quarter.
Hooray.
