Im just really staring to like Messina.
After reading about his offensive schemes, it seems he makes his system fit his players rather than Vice Versa.
I think that is exactly what this small market team needs.
I know we lacked defense recently but I think we have some good defenders and hopefully a new systems makes the best of them.

I think he limits AD game. With too much post ala Tim Duncan.

I've almost settled on Gentry becoming our coach. I just hope he brings assistants with him that are worth a damm.
