Schroder apparently got promised by team late lottery/mid first. OKC would be my guess.
A bit disappointed in Oladipo's height if it's official. Was hoping he was at worst 6-5 in shoes.

Hearing first 2 promises of 2013 Draft: Dennis Schroeder & Giannis Antetokounmpo both given 1st round guarantees sources say.
I'm playing Chad Ford's draft machine. He has us picking Ben McLemore majority of the time.
Can someone explain why it is strategically beneficial for players like Oladipo and Mclemore to sit out?
Was that Bryan Gates coaching those drills just now?
Caldwell-Pope top 10 pick?
I hate to admit it, but I like Goodwin. Maybe more than any 2 participating today.
Risk. At this point, they've maxed out how high they can go. Their agents need to be able to dictate the narrative that surrounds them leading up to the draft to preserve their stock. This is one way to do so. Next, you will see them limit their workouts to certain teams and picks. Again, to preserve the stock and control the narrative.
Is BJ Young a 2?
Not a pick anywhere in our range but my boy Steven Adams did well
Think about it. When every team is in the building, a bad showing can really leave a bad impression on all teams that are there. Whereas, during the private workouts, if you have a bad workout with a team, you only make a bad impression on that team. You can still impress the other 13 teams that are in the lottery.
It's usually agents that suggest doing that, btw. I bet Bazz told his agent to sod off or his agent knew him well enough to not even bother (unless the agent is his dad, which is real possibility).
I'd go one step further and say the Agents always advise it for sure lottery picks. Last year, Lillard went against his agent's advice and participated. It worked out real well for him as his good showing at combine propelled him into a surefire top 8 on every mock shorty after.

Rated by most as the top point guard in the 2013 NBA draft, Trey Burke said he's already had interviews with the Dallas Mavericks, Indiana Pacers, Atlanta Hawks, Philadelphia 76ers and New Orleans Pelicans this week at the NBA draft combine.
I'd love to ship Lopez/Vasquez for another first rounder, this draft is pretty deep with guards.
Bazz had no choice, too many questions about his athleticism, and character. When guys like that start to slide, its a big fall, they end up with better teams, but it cost them money and time to develop.
He needed a good showing, part of that good showing was competing when others weren't, and looking good from that angle, but also showing he's not the limited player he looked like this year.
These drills probably won't help Muhammad much in that regard. The interviews are probably going to determine everything for him. Muhammad isn't a prospect who plays 1 on 1 ball nor should anyone expect him to blow anyone away in an isolation type of situation.
is there a website that has the official results from the testing today? did they do measurements or anything? what did they do today?
Gobert 7"3 with a 7"9 wing span!!!!!!!
holyyyy crap
isnt javale like only 7 ft? whats his wingspan
mclemore 6"5 in shoes
oladipo 6"4.5 in shoes
Noel 6"11.75 in shoes
Trey Burke 6"1 in shoes
Nice.Quote:
Trey Burke 6"1 in shoes
That's a pretty big deal for Burke.
Same height in shoes as Chris Paul.

Rudy Gobert officially measured a 7-8 1/2 wingspan and a 9-7 standing reach. Both records. Gorgui Dieng had 2nd longest reach. #nbacombine
DX has a few combine interviews on their twitter as well.
https://twitter.com/DraftExpress
nevermind gobert is 7"2.5 in shoes with a 7"9 wingspan, for comparison javale mcgee is 7"ft with a 7"6 wing span. Gobert dwarfs him.
Gobert just shot up boards.
man if we could get the #1 pick and trade out of it and land something like gobert and bazz that would be something.
That extra inch by Burke is a big deal.
nobody ha 2 picks in the lottery, it would have to be a 3 team trade or we can make a trade with 2 seperate teams
Random thought about the measurements...
1. Shabazz Muhammad - Measured out well enough imo. 6'6 in shoes with a 6'11 wingspan. Good enough size for a SF.
2. Rudy Gobert - There's no doubt in my mind, he's going to be a top 10 pick. If he shows good fluidity and touch around the basket, Look out.
3. Cody Zeller - Measured out better than I expected. Legit 7fter in shoes. Unfortunately, we have confirmation on his T-Rex arms.
4. Steven Adams - Measured out very well. As expected. He's a much better prospect than his late first round grade people are giving him.
5. Otto Porter is as advertised. Long! He's measured out almost as well as Aminu. That's great for him.
6. Victor Oladipo - I was disappointed. I wish he was his listed height at 6-5. No more SF talk for him.
7. Nerlens Noel - measured out very well. 206lbs is pathetic though. I could see teams shying away from him due to his weight.
8. Ben McLemore - Measured out good. A heair under 6-5 in shoes. This basically puts him in Ray Allen territory in terms of height. I thought he was going to measure out shorter.
9. Trey Burke - this guy keeps answering critics... time and time again.
10. CJ McCollum - 6-3 in shoes? With a terrible wingspan at 6'6. Major disappointment.
I'd hardly call a 6'6" wingspan on a 6'2"ish (in truth, you are as tall as you are outside of shoes, so it makes Rudy Gobert, Durant, Otto Porter, AD's wingspans all the more freakish) terrible. It's just a lil' disappointing because you'd like a lil' more length for a 6'3" combo guard. It's what helps Gordon out immensely.
