Eric does enough to hurt his own image. He didn't do this. His brother was probably feeling brotherly and sticking up for him and wanted people to see.
Eric Gordon has been impressive lately; I'm not complaining. In the times i've played bball (never on an organized team or anything, but with friends at a gym or something), I've rolled my ankle numerous times. **** happens. Doesn't mean he's glass. The fact that he's not sitting out ALL games (not just 2nds of back to backs) means that he can play through some injury.
Anyway, I'm on board the "Keep Gordon" express for the time being. His ankle will be fine.
VASQUEZ ON THE OTHER HAND... THAT GUY PLAYS NO DEFENSE AND NEEDS TO GO! AMIRITE?
Lol. Tbf to gravy he hustles and plays hard. I do think that the high flyers tend to be more injury prone, but i think that has more to do with putting your body in harms way and a higher chance of landing awkwardly. The Rynos and Gravys can be incredibly durable, and thats very valuable.
Want a tissue mr gordon?
Grant Hill was also traded to Orlando in a S&T that I believe netted Detroit both Ben Wallace and Chauncey Billups. Williams was traded for a huge bounty. And Monta Ellis wasn't or isn't the player Gordon is.
They should still be able to get something for Gordon if they want to move him, and if so matching was the confirmed right move.
Gordon def has trade value, the bucks got monta ellis for Bogut, one of the most injury prone people in the league
Dang
