Joel and AD keep saying the ball is not moving but that isn’t true. We are just making too many bad decisions

Why is Stan waiting so long to bring out the bench though???
We're also playing some funky lineups at times, gotta say
Edit: like right now? Bledsoe-Iwundu-Marshall-BI-Hayes is dodgy
I usually won't whine about free throws, but in this game, Zion has shot exactly one free throw. Come on man!!
We have scored 9 points in the third quarter so far and a big part of that is the insistence on playing offensively inept lineups for extended periods.
Back 2 back starting to creep in. Team looks dead in the water.
"I'm not going in on the officials, BUT..."
Turnovers starting to crop up. Ingram and Bledsoe with 4 each, Jax Zion and Wes with another 2 each as well. Playing Wes all those minutes with Naji sat due to foul issues is hurting as well, it's quite clear that Wes just isn't as good as Naji.
Then, as others have mentioned, very conservative whistle from the refs despite a lot of fairly blatant fouling
Sactown adjusted. It’s as simple as that. They aren’t allowing free cuts to the basket anymore and they are baiting Zion into dumping it off or dishing it to the 3 pt line. We also have been caught trying to force it inside and we keep getting it stolen. Time for Stan to put on his coaching pants.
Alvin didn't fight this hard for the Pelicans when he was the head coach here.
We really gonna blow a 20 pt lead?
If you're a guard... You must really love playing against us.
What happened to James Johnson? Did he get hurt? Damn it. I took a shower and this is what happens?
Sloppy pass, Zion!!
Kings with one offensive rebound the first half, they've had 7 in the second half with 8 minutes left.
Man, how are we still in the lead with all these turnovers?
Good little 2 man game between Zion and IT
Someone needs to hit Bledsoe with a DDT
I hate how slow we bring the ball up 90% of the time. WE did the opposite before. So it has to be by design, no?
Zion is taking and hitting more shots farther away from the basket. Not yet from Brandon range, but it is great to add that to his skills.
From @ESPNStatsInfo: De'Aaron Fox joins Kobe Bryant (2005-06) and Damian Lillard (2020-21) as the only players to score 35+ three different times against the Pelicans in a single season.

Both Lillard and Fox have dropped 35 on us this season three times each
Brandon Ingram has been so much better with him being more facilitating and working for better shots in the clutch.
Fox is now up to 40 points for the second time against us this season.
Reminder that Bledsoe got all-D spots over Jrue.
Brandon’s had a good game
Oof on the flagrant
I'm still trying to understand how we get a flagrant for Barnes landing on the man's shoes.
Yikes. We need more shooters. Thankfully BI was up for it.
We escape with the win, that's 3 in a row - matches the Pels longest win streak of the year.
So what happened to the new JJ?
Nevermind. I found the answer

Which is also a concern, and why the NBA has already announced they're going to look into rules regarding unnatural shooting motions.
But the reality is that most jump shots naturally carry the player slightly forward. If you're a defender you know that, and you also know that you get called for a flagrant if they land on you, and you should account for that. Gotta play by the rules as they are, not as you wish they were.
I understand giving the shooter space to land, but again, there is no intent to injure there. It's basketball. It's a contact sport. The fact they are being awarded 3 free points is enough.
This has gotten beyond ridiculous.
