Drax the Destroyer was created by a celestial for the sole purpose of stopping thanos. he actually killed thanos but death rejected him. Then thanos kills drax. There's your executive summary lol.

He was a herold of Galactus. Pretty powerful, no emotions.

Can't anymore (but hes been killed like 3 times now) unless some abstract kills him. He wants to die because he wants to be with lady death but despite his best efforts she Wont have him next to her dead or Alive. he killed half the beings in the entire universe for her.
He's invulnerable now and the avatar of death. He is trapped in an alternate imploded reality I believe though right now.

That's it. I couldn't take all these good guys any more. I had to choose. At first, it would be Wolverine. Too basic. Then I chose Punisher. Still my personal favorite for an avatar. But everyone is too much of a goodie two shoes so I decided to introduce a bit of Carnage to the main event.
