Moore is 30 years old. He's not likely to improve or decline significantly within the next 6 months. He has played 8 NBA seasons and has a career 39% three point percentage. If you don't believe he's going to be a consistent three point shooter at this point, you're not going to believe it. And if you're expecting him to be more, than you haven't watched him play. That's the reality for opposing GMs. His value isn't going to increase because he ISN'T more than what he's shown, and it's not going to decline because an 8 year vet who's only 30 and has a career 39% 3pt percentage, on an expiring deal, no less, has already shown you what they're capable of and that's not going to change.
If a GM comes to you in, say, December, 2 months into the season and says ''no way we want E'twaun, he hasn't been playing! What if he fell off a cliff?!'' Then you hang up the phone on that GM because they are blatantly trying to swindle you.
