Yeah. I have a few friends on the west coast that have been Kings fans since the Webber/Bibby/Divac days. Riot would not describe the stuff they've been texting since last night. All I can do is lol. Good deal by Demps.

Side question, anything else about the supposed Paul George stuff?
I was driving into work today and I thought to myself, wouldn't it be something if we found a way to move Jrue for PG? We have no real assets to move Jrue with, so that is the holdup, but you trade Jrue, Moore, and TJones for George (it works).

Man, wouldn't that be a Big 3.
C- Cousins
PF- AD
SF- PG13
SG- Hill
PG- Frazier
I wonder how on-board Jrue is now. I gotta think after losing Ryno (and EG to an extent) without compensation... I gotta wonder if we'll try to move Jrue before the deadline.
I know there's a good chance it won't happen, so I won't get my hopes up... but Boogie is real good friends with Eric Bledsoe... I heard a reporter say that Boogie only trust a couple people in the NBA, and that's Bledsoe and John Wall.
Phoenix has been rumored to be trying to trade Bledsoe... I wonder if there was a thought in the organization to make a play for Bledsoe, and use Jrue's expiring as a piece.
Just me thinking out loud. I know the staff has said they'll try to re-sign Jrue, but if he signs somewhere else that'll be 3 good players that we lost without getting ANYTHING in return.
I understand, but if Indy would listen to a trade (as suggested) because they view the PG13 situation the same way the Kings viewed Boogie, I would certainly make that move. PG13>Jrue, and would make this team better than Jrue ever could. While it wont happen, its fun to dream.
He's a FA after the 18/19 season

Mason tweeted this not too long ago. So it might be possible. Im not sure how to post the tweet directly into the post, but he mentions making 30mil in cap room.

This team went from no relevance on the national stage, except for national reporters pondering how to get AD out of NOLA, to the most talked about team in the NBA during the NBA's showcase weekend.
Got Cousins and his best buddy Casspi too...

I went to sleep expecting this to all be a dream or that the Kings would pull the deal or something. But nope. This is happening, baby!
Bledsoe worries me with his injury history
I like casspi, he's a great shooter who can play stretch 4 ala' Ryan Anderson. Between him and Hill I like our versatility at SF.
I really like this trade!!
BoogieBrow BoogieBrow BoogieBrow
I would just like to apologize to Dell after talking **** about him for pretty much 4 years straight. All is forgiven now. Thank God for the Kings.
Skip weighs in lol
Interesting that of all people, Baron Davis had one of the more logical takes on the trade:

I almost hate to ask the unthinkable question... given the ENORMOUS consensus that the Pels fleeced the Kings on this trade.. is there any chance the NBA might veto this trade? I can't imagine they would... but is there a teeny possibility?
So they're saying they're probably waiving matt Barnes
They have to waive Barnes to make room for the players they are acquiring.
Wish we would have thrown in qpon and got McLemore. Especially if they are just going to buy Galloway out. Could have kept him and maybe moved him in another trade.
Or even Terrance Jones. What confuses me even more about Sacramento is that they need a 4. Now they still have no 4 and by not sending McLemore to the Pels, the Pels have little depth in the back court. This deal could've made a lot more basketball sense and Sacramento could've saved face a bit.
If they release Barnes and buy out Galloway. Can we just sign them for cheap depth? Assuming we move Jones of course?
I don't even think @NBA2K would let that trade happen even with the trade override option off LOL

Question 100 of the CBA Faq:
"A team cannot reacquire a player they traded away during that season (a season being July 1 - June 30). If he is waived by his new team, then he cannot re-sign with his original team until the one-year anniversary of the trade, or until the July 1 following the end of his contract, whichever comes first. However, if a team trades a player's draft rights, they can reacquire the player during the same season."
Just heard on the radio Ben Mc and Collison (already knew about him) are on the block as well. Kings cleaning house over there.
