None if us are qualified to judge the spreadsheets 1st of all. So here's a site that has their rankings with summaries and it's about whee I thought he'd be. In the 15-20 range. It's not all about the bad moves cause there's only a few but it's about the lack of moves. He hasn't done much and David stern actually saved us from his horrible trade for cp3.

Lol I agree about the ariza Okafor dump. I never said he was a horrible gm. I said it's the lack of moves that's disappointing for me.

Your misunderstanding me. What I'm saying is we aren't qualified to look at a spread sheet and give an actual grade and that grade be legit. We can all have our opinions. So I'm saying the better way is to use actual sites that do this thing for a living. Their judgement is unbiased and more legit than your or me.

For every article labeling Demps a bad or average GM, I'm sure anyone can find one prasiing Demps. It's the media. I don't trust anything they say.

I'm not sure i agree with the kc. I think Dell has been very very active. he has had a lack of block busters, but honestly when youre in rebuild mode, I'm not sure you pull that off. I think you try and see what you have then try and pull the block buster you think will put you over the top.

I understand what you're saying but I don't agree. Signing Anderson & Evans, getting rid of Ariza & Okafor, Trading for Jrue, Trading for Landry, trading for Ariza are all moves that cannot be tagged as "minor" in my opinion.

You can't be changing your roster constantly because it would kill your chemistry.

Working out just fine, in my opinion. Could be better, but I like what I've seen in spurts from healthy Tyreke and healthy team.

Even OKC screwed the pooch by signing Perkins and being forced to trade Harden because of it, and what they got back for Harden? ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, and many regard sam Presti as a top notch GM.

The notion that Demps isn't active is so far from the truth. He's always making moves. He just hasn't that blockbuster moves, but the moves for Tyreke, Jrue, Anderson, and Lopez all have been a net positive for the team, in my opinion.

If we had kept Gravy and Lopez our team would most likely be better this season. In terms of the future, I really like the Reke move. It all depends how hard Reke is willing to work on his game. If we had a fully healthy core for a significant part of the season, we might be talking about how dominant this squad can be (I am by no means supporting Monty with this comment; I think he is part of the problem).

Agreed but I wouldn't give Dell credit for the Rivers pick. That's got Monty all over it. I honestly think Dell wanted Lillard but caved to Monty when Lillard was picked!

Lopez is a big miss. If we somehow could have kept him without losing anyone, it would have been huge for this team. Now we are strapped by the cap and looking for someone to fill that void.

I already gave u mine. U claimed there is an article out there stating he's a good gm for every article saying he's avg to bad. So show me one. That'd be on you to find not me. I'm not claiming it.

Holiday in a landslide, and remember, you gotta include Pierre there. Can't all love him on one thread and ignore him on another.

And I don't wanna hear, "Those guys are rookies and have all this potentiall, blah, blah, blah."

MCW is 22 this year. Jrue was 22 last year. Both on bad Philly teams. One made the All-Star team and played high level defense. Also ,his teams didn't get blown out by 40 every night even after the coach quit on them. MCW's raw numbers are inflated by the fact that the Sixers are 1st in pace in the NBA. He really isn't a good player.

And Burke? Meh. I can find a 37% shooter anywhere.

One of those guys, Gary Harris, and maybe some mid level player or Jrue Holiday and Pierre? Not close IMO.
