Unless a trade is pulled off, I think we landed right where Burke will go. The Lillard spot. Pretty much makes him the obvious pick because all the others should be gone by then.

I think Burke will go either 2 or 5
Pelicans will sign Dwight Howard and draft Trey Burke and we're gonna beat Miami in the finals
Funny thing is-- when we pick, one of the 3 best guys in this class will be there:
Burke
Oladipo
Porter
Lol the Bobcats always get the shaft. Hope we get Oladipo.
Noel is going to be the #1 pick. Mike Brown prides himself on defense.
Orlando is going to be the wildcard. I think they're going to go Burke.
if Burke isn't there I want CJ McCollum. No way we would ever take him though. I'm really not confident in Demps and Monty to pick BPA
I would love to draft McCollum if he is there. He has that perfect Lillard, Faried, Curry, Paul George, Granger small school feel to him.
Never discount the chance someone reaches on someone based on limited production like Waiters last year.
1. Cleveland - Nerlens Noel
2. Orlando - Trey Burke
3. Washington - Otto Porter
4. Charlotte - Ben McLemore
5. Phoenix Suns - Victor Oladipo
6. New Orleans Pelicans - ?????
I think Orlando is def taking Burke at #2. Sadly I must admit. If porter gets past #3 then I really think he will be there when we pick at 6. Unless the cavs take him at #1. Which I doubt they do. I think Noel is a lock to go 1 now. We are in a pretty solid position to draft tho. Not bad at all.
If that's the top 5, probably Carter-Williams or McCollum.
Edit to add: I completely forgot about Shabazz. He'd be a definite consideration.
1.noel
2.burke
3.bennett/porter
4.oladipo (mj wanting to be smarter than everybody else)
5.mclemore
6.porter/Bennett
Cleveland is gonna be in the lotto top 3 again next year because they're gonna do something stupid like draft Noel.
Seeing Drummond and Davis side by side... Why cant it be on the court?!??! :crytear:
If Orlando doesn't pick Burke I think he's ours. Atleast that's what I'm hoping for. I'd expect them to take McLemore over Burke.
I wish Marcus Smart didn't opt out of the draft
Orlando wants Ben Mclemore... no way they take Burke.
I would also not be really surprised if Phoenix picks a bigmen in Bennett. I think they are not really into the mood of commiting with Scola for years to come, as their main PF. Or maybe even Len/Zeller.
If Burke/Oladipo/Mclemore/Porter/Noel are gone when we pick at #6 I would probably go with Muhammad. And I think there is a strong possibility the management think this way.
If Orlando trades down but still in front of us, Burke is going there. If they stay put Burke is coming here. Porter, Bennett, or Noel goes to Orlando at 2. Possibly McLemore and run a 3 guard with Afflalo to run with Miami in the east.
Noooooooooo way MJ takes Mclmore. He wants hard workers with the killer instinct. He will fall in love with Oladipo
no now cleveland will get noel this year and wiggins next year, nice.
Burke or McClemore could fall to 6 only cause everyone ahead of us has PGs other than ORL, CHA-Kemba, CLE-Irving, PHX-Dragic, WAS-Wall
Anybody know when the draftees work out for the teams?
If PHX DOES take Burke, maybe it opens up the possibility of them packaging in Dragic. Gimmie.
one more time because this honestly sums up how i feel perfectly. ****!!

I changed my Orlando selection to Burke.
1. CLE - Noel
2. ORL - Burke
3. WSH - Porter
4. CHA - Oladipo
5. PHX - McLemore
6. NOLA - Muhammad

Cleveland needs a small forward, but with Varejao so injury prone and just with one more year on his deal Nerlens Noel fits well there

One dark horse for No. 1 pick? Georgetown's Otto Porter. Cavs love him. Perfect fit. Helps right away.
