I'm interested to see how we match up if both teams are at full strength:

...I suspect Brunson will draw Herb which means # 3 will get the bigger Grimes. BI will get Barrett and # 1 will get Randall (this could be a blood bath for both). JV will, of course, get MRob.

...I believe we have to get MRob in early foul trouble to get him out of the game in order for # 1 to operate inside offensively (Hartenstein is not the same defensive factor). Last night MRob led the Knicks in minutes played. We have to go to JV early and often IMO.

Also, the bench will have to play above its paygrade. Daniels, Nance, Kira and Ryan are no match on paper for JHart, Hartenstein, Quigley and DiVincenzo on paper.

The fact that this is a back-to-back road game for the Knicks should provide a huge advantage for the Pelicans

We matchup really bad with them. They are good at rebounding and i am afraid that this will look a lot like Knicks - Cavs series last season.
We are more talented team and if we play smart and hard we should have this, but im not sure if we are able to do that.
It would be nice to start 2-0 since next one is against Warriors, but it will be really hard.

It's a road back to back for the knicks after a tough road game with the hawks last night.

Going to be the same monday---road back to back for the warriors.

I think the difference will be the 3 pt line again. Knicks can bury a lot of them, or they can be cold.

Being confident in your shot goes a long way. If they leave you open or it’s in rhythm, don’t hesitate. We desperately needed to modernize our game and I like that we started this one taking the open looks. Keep at it.

This is just confidence. Nobody looks confused on their offensive assignment and it is flowing so much better than last year. As a result we are just looking miles better.

Kira is upset but I like that they are all being aggressive and not second guessing themselves. They don’t always fall but a shot is better than a turnover. Get it up

We play as hard as i ever saw this team playing. We need to keep it up, they will start hitting their shots.
Shame that we had 3 missed layups and 2 blown fast-breaks but im generally super satisfied with shot selection right now. I hope i don't jinx it.

Willie Green has really turned this team around defensively.

We have big lead. I expect our 3pt% to drop in 2nd half but also i hope we will make layups and free throws.
If we play good as we did on defense we should be fine. I just hope they dont settle in 3rd.

Hawk and Matty are good pickups I must say. Both work hard and both hit 3’s.

Offense bogging down with all our stars in. Offense seems crisper when not all 3 in together.

Now defense getting soft.

Zion keeps improving on that weak hand will make him so much better.
