Zion to represent Pelicans at Draft

Plan was to never trade Zion? Just give him some tough love and a new person to work with next season?

I've been told Zion Williamson will be there representing the Pelicans at Monday's NBA Draft Lottery

Maybe they decided to lean into him. I could see Dumars giving it another year. Doesn't really hurt you to keep him one more year. Plus they could always send him out before the deadline.

Yes, "probably".

Well giving the Spurs and Mavs the top two picks only makes the West an even harder bloodbath. I'm okay with all out tanking this year.
