I feel as if folks wrote her off regardless at this point.

Sad. The guy built teams that looked like contenders on paper but the players never made it on the court together for long periods....but it had to happen. Too much of the same thing. The entire thing needs to be shaken.

Dumars played at MSU (my namesake). I'd love it.

It should be up to the new GM. Griffin is the biggest sheister in all of sports. Dude has lied to fans for years. It’s sad how shady he is.

So, who will be the new POBO? For those that wanted change, here we go! I really can't see a new front office keeping Green on.

Jake Madison mentioned Sam (I am) Cassell as a possible Willie replacement if the new GM decides to let Willie walk.

Took long enough. Wish him well wherever he ends up, but he was just not getting it done and theres only so long you can coast on aspirations and slick talk.

Obviously some issues, like injuries, were beyond his control but he made plenty of unforced errors too.

Looking forward to seeing who is going to be taking us into the next stage of the teams team's history.

I'm glad if this is true and the new GM decides green's fate. People act like its a foregone conclusion that green should be fired. im glad it's not the case. If he hasn't lost the locker room or respect of his players its justifiable to keep him. we improved each season until this one. and no coach would have won this year. no coach. now, im a mere h.s. coach but being that i usually digress from feeling like im in a position to evaluate coaches from the outside. we were so decimated by injuries, losing has been a desired outcome for a while. .



I like coach green

The new GM should be able to bring in his own coach...not that it would have mattered in hindsight (does anything matter with this stupid franchise?), but we wasted a year keeping Gentry when Griffin was hired.
