Seen a lot of people hoping it means Green is on the way out - don't bet on it. He just got his extension, doubtful that the team kicks him for at least another year or two.
Since he was wanted and was a past head coach, I am happy he is still here. Plus they don't have to concentrate on getting another offensive coach.
