Only semi related, but has anyone read the :07 Seconds or Less book? It's got a ton of stuff about Gentry and some about Weber as well.
Let the church say... AMEN.Quote:
Throughout his entire career, Weber has consistently flown well beneath the radar, but built up a set of skills that prepare him for this type of opportunity. Heading into 2015-16, he's in the perfect situation—coaching alongside Gentry—with the perfect pupil who is itching to continue expanding his game.
Davis is already a unibrowed monster.
Under Weber, he just might become a deity.
Let us take a look at his infomercial again
This is literally the best possible coaching staff we could have.
3-4 of our coaches are names that any hardcore fans should have heard of.
I mean, can anyone name 3 coaches on the lakers, spurs, or celtics?
I think the best part is that the team already has great chemistry. We're not bringing in a ton of new players with hopes that they'll "gel" by Christmas. Sure we're implementing a new style, but the players already know each other. I love it. The 4-headed monster of Gentry, Erman, Weber and Robert Pack makes an awesome staff.
I can't wait to see the improvement in Davis, also imagine how much better our other players will be.
Anderson, Tyreke, True, Gordon, Q-Pon I can see them working wonders with these players also.
Off-Topic, but I really hope we re-sign Norris Cole.
One player i failed to mention in my previous post is Ajincia who i think will show a vast amount of improvement under this coaching staff as well.
Phil Weber, Is that you hiding behind DanceWithDavis?
