Why? They look to be complimenting each other very well tonight.

I've been sayin this. Rivers is the perfect answer when Vasquez is trapped or we need extra quickness. GV keeps it steady when Austin gets a little too "eager". I'll say tonight Rivers looks like he belongs as a starter in this league.
Lovin it. (it is the wizards though)

EDIT: I am fine with Rivers at 1 and GV at 2 though (till EG returns if that ever happens)

Yea, you see both guys playing under control and not forcing the issue. This results in less turnovers and plays could be made on both sides of the court.

Let me rephrase, once Gordon comes back...

Anthony Davis is just a better rebounder than everybody else on our team

Austin's elbow is so blatantly out of place on that stroke.

So many missed free throws 0_0

"I'm not going to allow my putative owner to answer that question, this is an NBA related press conference. Paul Tagliabue and Roger Goodell have collectively sung their praises of Tom and if uh ESPN has a problem with that tell Mr. Skipper to call me at my office."

Austin really needs to work on his freethrows, but I bet he already is knowing his ethic

Not the way we wanted to end the half...

  11. #86
Bad end to the half. Hopefully we come out stronger to start the second half.

  12. #87
One of our best halfs of the season? eh?

  13. #88
It feel like we should be blowing this team out. I hate the fact that it's still only a 6 point game.

  14. #89
I want to be excited by all of this, but this is still the Wizards.
If you Jimmer it, they will come.

Can't tell if we are playing that well or the Wizards are just that bad... hrm. Oh well not gonna complain

Disagree- worst opponent of the season.

This is why wins and losses in a vacuum can be deceiving. Hornets will probably win this game, but I can think of 4-5 losses that they played better in off the top of my head

    Wizards are masters of illusion.

i am sure you're right. Just the excitement of AD's return and Rivers / Randerson playin well has me jacked.

Agree with this. The Wizards are really bad.

If AD plays his starter minutes, the game wouldn't be nearly as close. He's such a fiend on the glass and gets to the foul line, its a real easy way to extend leads.

    *gasp* Aminu said "Damn!"

Some emotion? Aminu's been replaced by a replicant!

One of the best defensive possessions of the season.
