I agree. It's bad enough the team is constantly in the Saints shadow. Let them keep the only thing distinguishing them from the football team. And besides the Pels colors are the same as the New Orleans city flag.Originally Posted by luckyman

Black and Gold should be our team colors. No other team in the league has that color scheme outside of the OVO unis, but plenty of teams use red and blue.

I'd trade names with Utah in a second. They don't friggin' deserve to be called Jazz anything.
I hated Pelicans at first but now I'd be sad to see it go, even for Jazz
Once the Boss Pelican video was found I was all in on the Pels name.
Pelicans are actually one of the most badass birds out there

since the NBA has essentially mandated that there's no more true Home/Away uniforms... am I the only 1 hoping the reds become our de facto home uniforms?
I think they're our best 1s currently (assuming we don't do some major overhaul... of which I assume we would've heard about already if the Pels were... with Nike taking over)
All the teams are getting an overhaul. How much will be changed we don't know, but we do know Nike is making changes to every team.

Yes it is true. To what extent we don't know. But every jersey is getting redone. Maybe they will only have slight modifications but there will be some differences.
The Kings jersey is an example of this. Not totally reworked but there are differences.
