I think we MAY cool down a bit, but only little things like Gravy's shooting and perhaps we get a little sloppy.
But I think he continues to be solid and make good decisions, and no WAY Davis comes out of his break soft. I think it was probably killing him to have to sit and watch that Bulls game on TV. Anderson has a (already after 3 games lol) classic hot game after his 1/7 game in Chicago, and Smith stays aggressive. I think we see Aminu cool down a bit and go more like 10/7 instead of beast mode like he's been on.
Wherehappens.
I noticed that this morning, Philly ranks #3 and NOLA ranks #4 in opponents points per game.
Anybody hear anything on how bad Jason Richardson's ankle injury was the other night against NY?
ETA: Nevermind, Richardson says he may miss a game or two. They play NY tonight and then Hornets on Wednesday.
Is it guaranteed Davis will actually play?
Gameday
I hope AD plays.
Brow is officially listed as a game-time decision tonight.
Rivers is down w/ a finger injury suffered in practice... won't play
Jim Eichenhofer @Jim_Eichenhofer
Hornets rookies Anthony Davis (concussion) and Austin Rivers (sprained left index finger) are both out for tonight's @ESPN game vs. 76ers.

Monty said Darius Miller will start at shooting guard, replacing Austin Rivers. It will be Miller's first NBA regular season start
Why start Miller? For defense?
I would go with Mason. He's been stellar this season.
Emeka Okafor - Joe Smith - Carmelo Anthony - Manu Ginobili - Jason Williams
Al Jefferson - James Posey - Aaron McKie - Shaun Livingston
Rivers, Davis, AND Gordon out?
.....This is already getting so old.
"I'm not going to allow my putative owner to answer that question, this is an NBA related press conference. Paul Tagliabue and Roger Goodell have collectively sung their praises of Tom and if uh ESPN has a problem with that tell Mr. Skipper to call me at my office."
At this point we have to think, Davis may still be experiencing concussion symptoms and we should possibly be concerned. Or maybe Coach Monty was right and the NBA's concussion policy is far too strict. I have a feeling it's the latter.
Starting is overrated, I'm sure we'll see a ton of Mason. I'm happy for Miller and hope he plays well.
I bought tickets after you posted that thread last night lol
