There were no mins here any longer for carl. As for jack he was moved to create space for the lopez trade, they both left here on decent terms so I'm happy they're doing well.

Jack has proven that he can fill up a stat line yet have absolutely no influence on the outcome of a game. Landry, as someone above pointed out, didn't have a role here anymore. Glad to see they are doing well though.
Mod's please fix the spelling on the title.
It makes us Australians look bad
Thanks mod's.
Perth I wasn't having a go......typo's happen!
Two guys who are top 5 in character in the NBA and personal favorites of mine. They're playing their best suited roles as scorers off the bench and I really hope they have a productive and healthy season.
Great guys but, as mentioned, there just wasn't any room/need for them anymore.
"Hornets means nothing." - Tom Benson
neither of those guys are legitimate NBA starters
here, they'd have to start to justify the salaries
there, they are excellent role/bench players
landry would be in the way here
jack i miss
Not a fan of Jack at all.
Landry I miss, very good player. But we have one of the top front court rotations in the NBA(Davis,Andersen, Smith, Lopez) and all of our guys our young. I'm happy Landry is somewhere where he is happy and has a chance to succeed.
Jack is a great player to have off the bench. He's too shot happy to be a starter but as a scorer/distributor off the bench, he's a great asset. I have no problems with Jack in the right role. The same can be said of Landry. Great reserve and scorer off the bench but terrible as a full time starter. GSW got it right and acquired the right Hornets. Can't say that same for Washington though.
I bet Washington is regretting that trade for Okafor and Ariza right now. Those two are awful.
That was a stupid trade for Washington. Really, one of the best trades in Hornets history.
Emeka Okafor - Joe Smith - Carmelo Anthony - Manu Ginobili - Jason Williams
Al Jefferson - James Posey - Aaron McKie - Shaun Livingston
