Maybe it was that stupid tuft of hair at the back of Vasquez's neck that was holding him back.

    Austin Rivers... come on, breh!

    Bloody bonner the blood nut

Defense was very good in the 2nd quarter. Allowed 6/22 shooting from the Spurs.

  9. #309
Aminu's fine when he doesn't have to create for himself, he's as horrible a ball handler as there is... Gravy has played like a champ... this 3rd quarter will tell the story for us, we've not faired too well in the 3rd, we've gotta sustain momentum and we'll be fine

Man this FOX sports broadcast seems so much more professional than the old CST ones. I love the HD picture too.

I never thought we'd be sent to a break with an Aminu highlight reel.

    Crazy opening game, so far.

"I'm not going to allow my putative owner to answer that question, this is an NBA related press conference. Paul Tagliabue and Roger Goodell have collectively sung their praises of Tom and if uh ESPN has a problem with that tell Mr. Skipper to call me at my office."

now if austin rivers could do something

Gotta say this is tight! This is the best bench we've had in years with Anderson, Smith, Miller, Mason. Wow is all i can say

To be fair, the Spurs drew up an awesome play on that last possession. A BUNCH of switching happened on defense.

    Who's Gordon?

  20. #320
Vasquez is going to be stretched physically in the second half. He played 20 minutes in this half (never before in his carrier) and with a very fast paste. He will have to play less minutes and probably will be even slower than usual for the rest of the game.

exactly, we need a scoring guard badly though, either gordon comes back or we hope rivers develops and hope we can draft shabazz

I understand that but Roberts (rotation guy) has to recognize that Bonner was open higher up than his guy in the back corner... But great defense overall, I'm not complaining...

To be fair he hasn't pushed anything and the only time he was open he just barely missed that 3. I think we'll see him push it more in the second half.
    Wherehappens.

I've been impressed with everyone so far outside of Rivers.

    Aminu is aggressive tonight.

Emeka Okafor - Joe Smith - Carmelo Anthony - Manu Ginobili - Jason Williams

Al Jefferson - James Posey - Aaron McKie - Shaun Livingston
