    Waiver wire....{merged}

    chances might be slim on finding someone here that might help us, but is anyone here paying any attention? I had hoped to see some video of Christian Eyenga actually shooting the ball, but I didn't have much luck....the guy can jump out of the building though....

    Teams don't cut good players unless they're cancerous. At best you'll find the next Lance Thomas on the waiver wire. Not trying to belittle lance, but adding depth to your depth is what you do when you're contending, not rebuilding.

    I hear what you are saying and I don't disagree, but when teams are cutting down to the max they can carry, the possibility exists that someone "worthwhile" could find themselves on the street....all it would take is a 16th best on one team being a better fit than your 15th best....like I said, chances might be slim, but its always possible....

    I recall a guy named jeremy lin getting cut a few times. He may not be the star the media wants but he's better than Lance Thomas.

    We'll see whether he is good or a product of the system in NY (Felton looked like an All Star there as well). Regardless, more of the needle in the haystack than the norm. On a non-guaranteed contract, someone may be worth a look.

    D League pickups would probably be a better option to explore.

    The only guy I would consider off waivers is Terrence Williams. He does have some attitude problems, but incredibly athletic, a really good defender, and can create for himself.

    Not worth the headaches for a young team like ours.

    I think he is on Dallas' roster now.

    I would take a look at James and think about parting with X

    We have an extra roster spot, so we don't need to cut anyone else - unless we bring in 2 players instead of 1.

    I only said part with X bc Anderson would pretty much cancel him out. Don't think we need both. Especially considering X's salary. It's just a thought. I liked James coming out of college
